Absolutely stellar customer service like you would get in the old days. They are my “GO-TO” Contractor. The best I’ve seen in a decade.

I feel very lucky to have found this awesome company and would recommend them to anyone that wants affordable, knowledgeable and dependable service. I will be using them in the future.
I called on Affordable Trade Solutions LLC when my heat was out this winter. Josh Scribner was the lead man on my service and installation calls. He was able to get my heat working, but we evaluated that the system needed to be replaced. He was timely with the new components. They were very professional during the installation, and the follow up was spot on, too. Josh went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. His helpers reflect credit on the company. Good team!
I called Affordable Trade Solutions when my heat pump wasn't working. He was able to come out the next day and take a look. He was able to fix the main issue with ease. But upon further inspection something still wasn't right with my unit. He was very thorough and refused to give up until he solved the problem. Whoever installed the unit had wired it up wrong and Mr. Scribner was able to rewire the entire unit in a matter of minutes. Now my unit works better than it ever has. And he still only charged me for the initial issue. First class Sir! Job well done!!!

Josh was amazing! He went out of his way ON A HOLIDAY to figure out the right part, go get it, and then make sure I got what I needed. He was awesome to work with, very responsive via phone and text, and bent over backwards to help me out. This guy has integrity and is the guy you want to call when you really need something taken care of and don’t want to be taken advantage of! Thanks Josh!!!
Came same day and on Christmas eve, no less. Fixed the issue and found the error of another company. Now my family and I can enjoy Christmas in a warm home. Mr. Josh, the owner was extremely friendly and professional.
Very good company. They are responsive and do their best to keep prices reasonable. During the summer they helped me on short notice with my AC while over companies blew me off. During the winter my heat went out and they were there same day. I really like their service and will use again. I highly recommend.

Ac unit diag done by another company, they unplugged all of our wires except emergency heat, and told it would cost the same if not more to fix it, so it would be best to just replace the unit. After 2wks of insurance back and forth BS, my husband called Josh. He came out that evening, and was back Sat morning. He got us wired back up and running like nothing ever happened. Thanks again Josh!

Very easy to talk to listen to my problems with the ac unit. (I have a tendency to diagnose my own problems and I know nothing!) He replaced my unit in the rain with a tent set up because he knew how important it was for me to have ac with my 84 year old father living with me. Job was neat and done correctly. Very pleased with my experience.
