Nick L. was my technician. He was very informational. He took the time to explain and show what was going on with my system. He was professional, polite and organized.
Angel came out to inspect my air conditioning unit which is slowly, but surely going away. He provided me with several options and was courteous and knowledgeable on everything that was going on with my system. I’d say he’s a pretty good employee. Not someone you want to lose to another company. The perfect young man to have show up at someone’s house. I would say job well done
Perry came out about an air conditioning issue. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it. Very polite and answered all my questions. Will definitely call Davis again.
Davis Heating and Air maintains our heating and a/c system and have installed new equipment. They do a fantastic job. Daniel B, in particular, is very the best at what he does. He has taken good care of all of our equipment since we bought our home. He does a great job!
Dakota did a wonderful job of explaining the options and costs to fix or replace our older AC unit. He took the time to answer our questions. His expertise helped us feel confident in our decision to replace the unit. Davis Heating and Air has always been friendly from the ladies in the office to the technicians who service our heating and air to Dakota’s expertise. So nice to deal with a company who respects and appreciates their customers.
I called with an issue and they had someone there within a couple of hours. Jonathan explained everything he was doing in detail. Professional and definitely a people person. Would recommend!
The air conditioner stopped, called Davis Heating and Perry White responded in a timely manner. He found the problem and the blower Motor in the furnace was gone. He located a new one and put it in before he left. My husband & I applaud the awesome job Mr. White did. We thank him from the depth of our hearts. We will recommend him to anybody.
Angel was very thorough with everything. He was very kind when breaking the news to me that we would have to replace our unit. Excellent customer service and care and very knowledgeable. Will be sticking with this company from here on out.
We had a great experience with Davis HVAC. We called Friday morning with a cooling issue on our 18 year old unit. The service tech was out that same day as well as the sales team since we needed a new unit. They were able to replace the unit the next day ( Sat) over a holiday weekend. We were very impressed with the entire crew starting with the pleasant voice who answered the call Friday morning. Great company!
Davis is very prompt and responsive. They have come out within a day every time I call. Travis, our HVAC tech was very polite, friendly and personable. I highly recommend this company for both HVAC and plumbing. We had to call for plumbing help a week ago and the plumber and his assistant were also wonderful!

Perry was great, he was in constant contact with me. Kevin came in to explain the pricing of a new unit and that is the way we decided to go rather than repairing the existing unit.

Dan was great. He quickly diagnosed the problem and offered not only a way to fix the immediate issue, but a solution to prevent it from happening again in the future. And, they showed up about only 5 hours after I called them on a Saturday. Awesome.
Perry is very professional and has much knowledge about HVAC units. He is very polite and listens to my concerns and questions. He answers my questions. He is on time. He does not rush through a job. He does a great job.
Arrived at scheduled time. Very professional and thorough. Found some unknown issues and resolved. Had parts on hand. Explained findings, options, and possible future issues.
Daniel called to let us know about when he would be at our home. When rain and traffic slowed him down he called to apologize and to let us know he would be a little late. When he arrived he was very professional. As the work was on the outside unit he took the long way walking around the house so as not to track anything inside the house. He quickly installed the new fan motor and then made sure the whole system was running properly. All in all a very good experience.
Travis did an emergency fix on our AC unit in the attic and then installed new coils once they arrived. Very courteous, communicative, hard working, and professional. Highly recommended.
