Larry was very informative and did the best he could to get me up and running, unfortunately the circumstances didn’t allow for my system to be running but he made sure he could get me to my next step as soon as possible in this heat. Much appreciated. Very professional.
My family has depended upon Woodfin for over 30 years. They are easy to reach when needed. Everyone on their team is professional in every aspect, and demonstrate much pride in their work. Communication is clear and concise. The work done is the best the industry has to offer, is done in a timely manner, and at a reasonable price. They are consistently dependable. I have used Woodfin for years and they have always gone above and beyond to help. They are very knowledgeable and always explain things every step of the way. They do their best to offer as many solutions as possible and never pressure me on the spot to make a decision. There have times where I have had to call the company that the builder used for something and they almost always give me a solution that’s way overpriced. Woodfin could have done the same when I called for a 2nd opinion, but they actually told me that they could install that same unit but it wouldn’t help the problem. I am very happy with everyone at Woodfin from the people who answer the phones to the service people who come to my house. I sincerely appreciate Jon not only for the work he does, but for going above and beyond to help whenever he can. He’s always friendly ( my dog adores him), professional, patient and courteous. He takes the time to explain things and makes sure all my questions are answered. I really appreciate that Woodfin tries to send the same techs out every time. Saves so much time not having to explain things over and over.
Robert came out to our house to get our AC running again. He was personable, professional and efficiently diagnosed the problem and had us up and running in very short order.

Woodfin has always been reliable and the technicians always do a great job. Gary Hale did a great job on my furnace and AC unit. He was extremely thorough with making sure that my older units were in tip top shape. I also appreciate their new customer appreciation program with Paw Points.
I had issues with my unit not starting, I called the night of the failure and got the night dispatcher to put in a work order. Dustin F. arrived the next morning and very quickly fixed the issue. He was done in under an hour. The price is a little steep, but you pay for the quality and experience. I'm grateful for Dustin's knowledge and expertise and lighting fast fix to a very inconvenient situation. Thank you.
I was so grateful that John was able to come early and fix the A/C today. We are having a family gathering for the forth and it would have been miserable in the heat. John did a wonderful job, please thank him from me.
