Ridge came out, quoted me a reasonable price on a complete system replacement. There was a delay on receiving the unit due to COVID but he kept me informed on the progress. As soon as all the parts were in, we set an installation date. He was on time, professional and the removal and installation of the new unit was completed in a day. I've been enjoying heating and cooling for the last 2 seasons with no issues. I would HIGHLY recommend!!

Ridge was on time which was huge for me! Very polite, professional, knowledgeable during his visit. He was able to fix the issue and answer all of my questions. He offered great advice about needs to be done in the future. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of HVAC work!!
This service that I had was excellent he explained the problem and told me what I need to do to fix the problem so I can save money right now the price for the service was way below then what I expected and they set me up for future visit so I can take care of my problems annually so it won't cost me a lot of money at the end

Mr. Ridge came out and diagnosed the issues I was having with my well pump and immediately knew what was wrong. He corrected the issues and because he was soo wonderful his company will forever have a customer!

Shogun has a fabulous home warranty program. The owner is the person who responds to calls athe one who shows up at your house. He is excellent at air conditioner/furnace servicing and repair. I would highly recommend Shogun to anyone.
Great service, AC went out over weekend, contacted them as new customers and they had everything fixed and running Monday
I called on a Thursday afternoon and Ridge was here Friday morning (early, might I add). Prompt service! Very detail oriented and conscious! Wore covers on his shoes any time he came in the house. Highly recommend using Shogun Services!

Ridge and Shogun Services are the best. Same Day Service. He's very quick to answer when i call. He will answer any/all questions you have concerning your Home systems and is extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely be signing up for his Premium Home Services plan next year once my current plan expires. Thanks Ridge for all you do. fyi: Ridge came out after hours on one of the coldest/snowy days of the year when my Hot Water heater which also heats my home went out. Another Plumber had previously came out and didn't know what to do or how to fix. He quickly diagnosed the issue and went down under the deck and unfroze my condensation pipe so my Water Heater would work again. He really goes above and beyond for his customers.
Ridge did an amazing job for us when our heat cut out. He stuck with us until the problem was fixed - he even came back out to make sure the issue was fixed later that night. He kept us nice and warm! So happy with his service - I’ll definitely use this business again if we need HVAC work done.
Our furnace quit working during a week when the temperatures were below freezing. I was referred to Shogun Services by a co worker and was not disappointed. The owner arrived shortly after my call. The issue was diagnosed quickly and although the replacement motor was not available for several days, the company stayed in touch and made several calls to confirm that the part was still under warranty. They are responsive, professional and reasonable. I will recommend this company to others and use them again.
We had a pipe burst under the house. We called three companies. Shogun was the only one to show up. Young fellow. Very polite. He had the job completed in about 30 minutes. Will definitely call him in the future for all my plumbing and HVAC needs. Highly recommend Shogun.
