All I can say is WOW! Moved into a new showroom building on Monday with six rooftop units. By end of day (temperatures in the high 90’s) we realized one or two units weren’t working properly. On Tuesday, at a friend’s suggestion, we called Temperature Pro. Spoke with John and he told me their specialists would be here the next morning. And they were!! I know they must have been backed up with these hot days, but they fit us in and were here on time the next morning. Not long later, both units had been repaired and we’re enjoying the nice cold air! We were working with window ac units and electric baseboard heaters which was very inefficient, expensive, and not to mention easy for people to break into your windows while you’re away. We were on the fence about the investment and upgrade for our heating and cooling needs. We have an older house, that required the mini splits versus your traditional heating and cooling systems. Temperature Pro Richmond was not pushy and really listened to our concerns and address our skepticism to help us understand the benefits, the process of installation, and the cost savings of this type of unit. Throughout the entire working relationship, they kept an open line of communication and provided us updates throughout the installation so that we were fully aware of where they were in the process. They worked with our schedule and completely the job in a timely manner. They were very professional, worked very hard, and very knowledgeable of their product. They even came back to reevaluate what we needed. And we ended up installing mini split units because our house is low to the ground. We really enjoy the ability to customize each room temperature. The units are quiet and aren’t disruptive and the main outdoor unit is smaller than the traditional units. They made a clean installation both indoors and outdoors. Outstanding!!!!! So here's my story: Early January 2018, my 21 year old Goodman heat pump finally had it. The heat kit stopped working properly, and of course because of its age, it was impossible for me to find a replacement. So I called my home buyer's warranty company, 2-10. Luckily this old Goodman was covered under my policy. So 2-10 first hired a contractor by the name of Indoor Air of VA. Indoor Air came out to my residence, late, and he barely even greeted himself. He pulled apart my old Goodman, lost some screws, didn't even use a multi-meter to test any of the components to see what the problem could be (even though I already knew what was wrong). Ray Dodson (the owner) left my residence and promised to give me an update within the next business day. Four days later, no response from Mr. Dodson from Indoor Air of Virginia. I called him multiple times, often going straight to voicemail. But when I did get a hold of him, he gave me an excuse saying that he sent an update to 2-10 and he was waiting on them to respond. So I called 2-10 to verify this... He LIED to me. He sent nothing to 2-10, delaying the process. Meanwhile here I am freezing in 12 degree weather in my own house while Dodson sits in his cozy, warm home. He took my $103.50 deposit, and gave me NOTHING. Crook. I called 2-10 again and complained about this guy, So 2-10's next up contractor was this small office called Temperature Pro in Richmond. From the very beginning, the customer service was phenomenal! First person I spoke to on the phone was Mr. John Warren. Great guy, took the time to listen to my problem and was very understanding while also carrying a sense of urgency with my needs. The next day, Temperature Pro dispatched a technician, Zach Balderson. Zach was very knowledgeable and courteous. He even made sure to cover his shoes when entering my home! He actually tested the old unit to make sure that there weren't any other problems going on. Estimates were given to me immediately

TemperaturePro RVA can do anything from a full home installation, emergency breakdown or maintenance on your existing equipment. They came out to my home on the day and on time to review which system would suit our home the best, they then gave us a choice of manufacturers; American Standard, Carrier or Lennox who they are approved suppliers for. They are Class B Contractors so you know you are in safe hands. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Having dealt with most of the HVAC companies in town at one point or another, I can confidently say that TemperaturePro is the best. Our AC went out on a particularly warm holiday weekend, and TemperaturePro had someone at our house working on the issue within 24 hours. Everyone we dealt with was prompt, courteous and friendly. Their prices for parts, service and new units compare very favorably to every other company we have encountered. Highly recommend.
I would recommend TemperaturePro to anyone! Every time I call they show up the same day and change their schedules to be available. They are extremely professional and masters of their work. Most importantly, they are honest and trustworthy. In one instance I called in an emergency. It was a quick fix so they didn't even charge! I will always use them for my HVAC needs.
