Taylor has done an excellent job on our heat pump installation this year. We moved to an 18 seer and noticed the house staying cooler and the pump running less often. Thanks to Dillon for being great at his job and a sweetheart to boot!
Overall excellent from beginning to the end. Starting with Mr. Taylor’s willingness to help me, then sending Andy and his wonderful spirit and the education he provided us, really opened our eyes. Then speaking with Wes who made it all possible. They do exactly what they say they are going to do, Juan and David arrived on time and they answered all of my husband's questions, and comforted him with his concerns. This has been a beyond service experience and in this day you don't get that with companies, they treated and cared for me as a customer, not a number. I will be recommending them to anyone I know who needs A/C service, remodeling, any type of home improvement and they are at the top of my conversation. Thank you so much for treating us like we were your only customers, I cant wait until our next project.
Great is not the word for this company its extraordinary. If I could give them 10 stars I really would. If you like dealing with honest and great people, this is the place you need to go. It's been a very long time since I have worked with a company that has the great old-fashioned, morals and values. Their work is exceptional along with all the individuals that work with in the company. If you're looking for a good HVAC company to install your unit. I highly recommend Taylor Heating and Air.
The whole process of getting anew heat pump went smooth. Andy in sales was very straightforward and gave me good information to make an informed decision. After signing the contract they came out with in a few days to install. David and Moses were thorough and took extra care to make sure they didn’t leave a mess. I appreciated that Moses showed me in detail the work they did in the attic. They finished the job in 1 day as stated. They charged what I believe to be a fair price for the job and am completely satisfied.
I received two new units and I was very impressed with the work. They removed all of the old units and did it neatly and professionally. There was no mess left behind after their crews left. Installed two new google nest learning thermostats. Went over the warranty and maintenance information thoroughly. They checked to ensure all the work they had done that day was working and running smooth prior to them leaving. Great quality work from the crew of Brandon, Chase, David, and Moses.

I highly recommend Taylor Construction for HVAC installation! They were very easy to work with, responsive, knowledgeable, on time and reasonable. They offered three options to choose from based on my needs, and helped explain things in detail. Five stars all the way!!
Taylor presented a fair proposal, and we chose to purchase the Bosch system. The installation was quick and professional, as was the follow up. We would recommend that Taylor be given the opportunity to gain your business.
I Highly recommend Taylor Construction Heating and Air. The mechanics Chase and Moses were exceptional. Free estimate was given and process was explained thoroughly. Price was lower than other companies I researched. Installation went smoothly and promptly. Operation of unit and thermostat was explained and all questions answered. I will definitely refer this company and use again for all of my heating/cooling and construction needs. Thanks Taylor construction.
Repeat customer. I just had the second unit replaced using Taylor Heating and Air by Derek and Juan. The first unit was replaced 4 years ago. Wes was able to answer my questions and I went with a newer split system on the left in the pic that's much quieter and very efficient. T99 thermostat with WiFi is awesome. Installers took their time and we're very professional.
Brandon and Chase arrived early in the morning to replace our upstairs furnace. They worked diligently throughout the morning.They were courteous, professional and took time to answer all my questions. We will definitely use them again for all our HVAC issues from now on. I am so happy to have found this company!
These folks did a great job. They came out, inspected my dead heat pump system, provided me with a few options and a lot of supporting information so I could make a decision that fit my needs. They provided me with references and complete information about their company. The contract was clear and concise. On the appointed day, the crews arrived promptly, organized the tasks effectively, kept me well informed and coordinated the inside work to minimize disruptions. They cleaned up the debris, explained the operation of new equipment, and made sure I was satisfied with their work before asking for payment and signatures. Every member of the team, was nicely dressed, polite and courteous. So far I have no complaints at all with the company or the new Bosch heatpump system they installed for me. The price was good, the people were top shelf and I am happy to recommend them.
BUYER BEWARE! NOTE: This is from ( I think ) 2016. I will continue to post annually, because they refuse to apologize for their misstakes, and refuse to keep their word. This was a VA Loan paid installation and I was unable to stop payment for this service! Caused theft of materials by not following instructions and placing equipment in garage which they had full access too. Over priced the replacement of a $1.50 soffit vent which chip young said he would just do. (Bill dropped by contractor. Caused damage to ceiling installing attic duct work and cracking sheet rock. Ran drainage lines from attic air handler blocking attic access door over garage. Removed grommet and nut to conduit but ran wires outside of nut, so it could not be reattached. I had another contractor come in and fix their mess the next year and they stated, 'over sized ductwork installed (Taylor charged me for items not needed). About a year or two later, Mr Taylor called asking to meet up. (I have an audio recording of this and saved phone records). He wanted to discuss my review of his business and what he could do to "Make this right". He later cancelled and never tried to reschedule. This service was SO BAD and their customer service straight bold face lied to me (promises to replace the equipment THEY CAUSED to be stolen by not putting in the garage as instructed. (I had promised the equipment to a local church. I ended up buying them new systems, because UNLIKE TAYLOR CONSTRUCTION! I KEEP MY WORD!) BUYER BEWARE!

Wes at Taylor Construction Services Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. is wonderful to deal with. He got someone out quickly to check my gas heaters for leaks. Dillon was professional and great to deal with. He found and fixed our problem. They have also installed commercial toilets for me that are wonderful. I will continue to use them!
Derrick and Chase came out this am and installed a new Bosch system at my house. They worked non stop with no issues
