You don't often expect to have a pleasant experience when you have to call someone out to deal with an issue in your home. We were experiencing some normal wear-and-tear on our toilet in our older house, and were afraid it would turn into a massive project. Patrick Young came out - he was polite and punctual, and put our fears to rest, while thoroughly investigating our situation and explaining issues to look for in the future. We decided to have him install a new toilet, and the whole process took under 3 hours!

I received a same day appointment when I called about my leak. Then I got a call from the technician that they had completed their previous job early and could head over to my house sooner. Patrick and his teammate ( Ron or Rob) were so through in helping me identify the leak. They asked permission before making any cuts into the walls. They also provided detailed reports and photos of their findings. Once they identified it as an unfortunate sewage leak they took preventive measures to ensure the health and safety of me and the team. Patrick took the time to explain the repair process, preventive measures and potential timelines for replacements. He also made sure to close the flange when he needed to get another part so that sewage gases didn’t leak back into the home. Ron/Rob ensured Patrick had the tools he needed, that he was safe while cutting, and assisted in the repairs and reseating of all three toilets in my house. Patrick was an excellent trainer and leader to his teammate. Ron/ Rob showed a lot of initiative and asked questions before taking certain actions. I am very impressed with this company especially this team and will use them again. Edited to add: I initially only wanted to identify the source of the leak. We discovered it was the toilet and that it was installed incorrectly when the home was built. They offered to correct it and repair it today with a set price agreed before work was started. Following the repair and learned information about the build, I was concerned that the other two toilets would have the same issue. I was willing to schedule a new appointment with this team to inspect and repair those as well, however I was surprised and relieved that they could accommodate the additional repairs on the same day. Patrick even helped coordinate the water damage restoration time with a next day appointment. Now I have a technician familiar with my property, guaranteed workmanship, and peace of mind that this will be resolved.

First I want to say the Technician was kind and professional. But my system is still broken l apparently and I paid more than the service fee only for him to leave me with the same results. I feel like I'm being nickel and dimed for different services. Especially since I had the system maintenance not even 45 days ago... Needless to say I'm not happy and I wouldn't recommend you guys to anyone.

Very pleased from my initial call for a quote to the sales rep who took time to review our needs and showing us options for the unit and financing. The install was done a day earlier than scheduled which was greatly appreciated especially since we had no a/c for way to long and in these hot steamy days. The install techs Devon and Kodi were very professional, did install promptly and are very courteous. Totally an awesome experience from start to finish. I am glad we chose Michael & Son. I had Josh come to my home to inspect my toilet that kept running and my kitchen sink that was leaking underneath. Although he was professional and timely, and he even fixed my toilet for free during the dispatch visit (tank was just too full), he told me that everything underneath my kitchen sink needed to be replaced (pipes, gaskets etc) and it would cost me over $500 for him to fix it… I went to Lowe’s, bought a $3 gasket and fixed it myself in 30 minutes. My pipes do not need replacing as they were checked by another plumber afterwards. This company was totally trying to rip me off!!!! I will NEVER use them again for anything!! Be careful using them. Get second opinions!!!

When I initially called the dispatcher was also very polite, helpful, and was quick to schedule something the same day. The tech seemed annoyed and was short. He didn’t have many answers he spent most of his time in his truck smoking cigarettes. He charged me 120 dollars for clipping on a toilet flap that I would have done he was simply closer to it that I was. He also refused to do anything about the sewage issue. He told me he wasn’t pull the pump out to inspect it. At the end of the appointment he tried to have me sign the paperwork with out seeing what he charged me and admitted he was overcharging but said he did it cause he spent a lot of time at my home. This was a disaster…

Akeem and Charles updated my electric panel and installed 60a dedicated breaker for my EV charger installation. The update charged my car from 27%-80% in 4.5 hours., which is perfect! My partner was concerned about the install and how it will would make the exterior of our house look but when he got home he was also impressed turned out. They cleaned up after themselves and left the place spotless.

My 2nd floor thermostat went blank. Jules Kamden arrived from M&S to look into it. I was able to tell him the air handler in the attack had a sensor that blinked red. However it seemed every now and then the Thermostat reset. Jules quickly determined there was no clogged drain pipes. The sensor itself was the cause. He wired in a replace while measuring the Freon at the heat pump. He explained what he was doing and why. Problem fixed, and a great job by Jules!
