We moved into this put over the mid-year and saw that our dryer was continuously battling to debilitate. Not knowing whether the past proprietors had at any point had it cleaned, we brought in Neat n Fresco. They appeared early, worked neatly and securely, instructed me on the design of my exhaust framework, and left me guaranteed that they stand behind their work. Strongly suggested this company.

Excellent service
My experience with Lakeside began many, many years ago with the recommendation of one of my high school students who worked there part-time...when Lakeside HVAC was actually located on Lakeside Ave. Since then, I have called Lakeside for all of my heating, cooling and plumbing needs; among other services, they have replaced my AC twice. I think I may know everyone there. I would not think of calling anyone else.
I have used lakeside for years and each time I am amazed by the quality of service. I am consistently treated as a priority when in need and have never had an unpleasant or unsatisfactory experience! Lakeside should commend themselves for giving good service from the beginning to the end. Thanks lakeside!!!!
Lakeside office staff will bend over to accommodate any large job. The techicians were on time, worked quickly and were friendly and competent. Highly recommended. Pricing was very reasonable.
I called Lakeside last Thursday and explained my problem. I was told a tech would be out by out by 4 pm. I was extremely grateful when CJ arrived several hours before 4 pm because sweat was rolling down my back and it was getting hotter by the minute. CJ was very professional and knowledgeable. Although I asked him a million questions he never got upset and he answered each one in layman's terms so that I understood completely. 100% satisfied customer.
We got three estimates for adding AC into the second floor of our cape code style house. Their price was right in the middle but included a higher efficiency unit and additional registers which have helped the rooms stay cooler throughout the day. The installers were very polite, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. The front office folks provided several different financing options and we found one that worked for us. I highly recommend Lakeside Heating and Air Conditioning. But I do recommend that folks do their homework on bigger ticket items by getting multiple bids.
I called lakeside today because my air conditioning wasn't working. They had someone out within two hours and it is working perfectly again. Their diagnosis fee was very reasonable, and I knew what it was going to cost me before they fixed it.
A friend recommended Lakeside and said they did excellent work, and I'm sure that's true; however, she didn't realize how much higher their rates are compared to other companies. Lakeside came to our house quoted us $360 for some non-urgent bathroom plumbing rerouting, but couldn't schedule the work for a week to 10 days. We ended up hiring another plumber (Tate's Plumbing! Wonderful, respectful, timely, and reasonably priced! They did the work the same day they estimated the cost) to do the work for $225. The real issue, however, was an office mixup that led to us receiving the full $360 bill--for NO work done, only an estimate. I had to call three different times before the folks at the office (who were very nice, but apparently follow-through isn't their strength) not only agreed that the charge was incorrect, but actually removed it. After this, they still tried to charge me a $65 "diagnostic fee." Given the circumstances, I objected and they removed the charge entirely. These folks are very nice, but nice isn't worth the hassle and good work isn't worth paying 40% more. Tate's Plumbing all the way.
Our heat pump finally gave up the ghost after over 20 years and Lakeside was incredibly helpful in getting us back in service. The technician who did the initial visit was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions thoroughly. He made recommendations based on our specific needs and explained the differences between possible replacement units excellently. The office staff was responsive and helpful and provided quotes at a number of different price points. They responded promptly to email questions and set up the appointment very conveniently. The actual installers were polite, professional and thorough in their work. I barely knew they were around and under the house while they installed the new unit. Before they left, they made sure everything was working properly and even offered to re-explain how to use my programmable thermostat (that they hadn't even installed). I highly recommend them for both maintenance and installation.
