AMAZING SERVICE! I had Bryan Bell and Micheal Kelleher come out for a water heater issue - I had no clue what was wrong with it and they figured out a solution in under 30 minutes! They were very knowledgable, personable and true experts in their field. It was a pleasure working the whole staff from scheduling to service. THANK YOU SO MUCH for getting hot water back to my house!

Kelleher's team of technicians were outstanding! They were always professional, on time and courteous. As we have ductless systems through out our home and had not been serviced for quite some time, all the units were in dire need of maintenance. We did expect the charges to be substantial, but when we received the invoice for services rendered, we were taken back by the final cost. When we brought our concerns to Erin, he came by so we could come to a mutual agreement of a fair price. Needless to say, Erin kept his word and helped reduce the cost. Normally, we do not write reviews. However, due to the quality of the service performed, the integrity of this family owned business and Erin's ability to listen and work with us on our concerns, a Five Star rating is well deserved. AS the "trust factor" is a paramount consideration for doing business with any company, we will be using Kelleher for all of our future HVAC, electrical and plumbing needs.
Moved my HVAC maintenance to Kelleher from the large, well known, but unprofessional company that installed those systems. So glad I did.
Had our furnace go out on Christmas night. They were here first thing the next morning and Jeff was awesome, quick, and got it back up and working within the hour.
My heat was out in the downstairs of my house. Called Kelleher, and had a service appointment the same day. The technician came on time, diagnosed the problem, replaced some parts and had the heat back up and running in no time. I also use Kelleher for for heating oil delivery, and have had only good experiences.

I had never used this place before but my usual plumber could not come that day to fix a leak under the kitchen sink. Two guys came right away and installed a new faucet. I picked out the one I wanted from Lowe's online. The guys drove to Lowe's and got the faucet I requested, but the price was double on my bill. I called later that day to report a problem with my cold water tap and asked about the price for the faucet. The rep said they mark up parts when they have to pick them up. The invoice also included a $30 delivery fee in addition to the faucet markup. If I had known I would have taken time off work and got the part myself to save $75 on the part plus the $30 fee. In addition, now I have to wait for someone to come and fix the problem with the new faucet. I do not recommend dealing with this company. I know plumbing services are expensive, but $400 to install a new faucet seems too high. Can you believe this guy called and tried to bully me over the phone. I told him I have a printout I saved from Lowe's online to show that price for that exact faucet. Stop bothering me. The time to negotiate has passed and your negotiation skills are nil.

There isn't enough room here to adequately sing their praises. As a woman on the upwards side of 70, and having had opportunity to work with a number of contractors in caring for my 80-year-old home, I have learned to be nervous and apprehensive when dealing with contractors. This business is TOP NOTCH. From answering all of my questions concerning replacement of my water heater, to delivery and installation, all aspects of this transaction were handled with great care, respect, and professionalism. Punctual, polite, respectful of me and my big dog, and the area in which they worked was left clean. We wouldn't have known they were working there except for the shiny new water heater occupying the space where the old rusting one had been. Many thanks to Brian, Cindy, Steve and Chris for creating this flawless transaction.
