Hertless has been around forever. They are the company to call. Our entire family uses them whenever we have a problem or need a repair. They are always honest and tell you exactly what it will cost to repair or replace. I recommend them to EVERYONE
Very difficult to schedule with... third and repeat repair on AC and still not fixed and now owner refuses to come out and fix and cursed me out on the phone imagine that
I have used Hertless couple of times in past thru my warranty. They were on time and did a nice job. When it was time to replace my AC, I went with Hertless. Learnt a lot during this process, I was planning to increase to higher ton and had some specific brand in mind. David helped me to choose the right product, and explained me why I should go with that option. On the installation date Hertless crew called me prior to arrival and they arrived on time. Robert, Brendon, and their crew did an excellent job. They took time to install, never showed sign of urgency, was very professional, explained all questions, tested the system, helped in installing the thermostat, gave all info need to register the product for 10 year warranty, and they cleaned left place with no trace of work. I recommend these experts, who exactly know and do a great job.

The folks here know their business! I have received excellent service from them on 3 different occasions now. The first time they came to my house they actually straightened out a terrible mess done by another contractor and installed a new furnace and put me ahead of others because I had no heat at all in my home. They have been back two more times to work on my central air conditioning and have been very professional and prompt in getting the jobs completed.
