They were prompt to repair the dryer just not very clear on the cost of the repair done.
Setting up the service call was very easy. I received a response the next morning to confirm the appointment. I was contacted about 30 mins before the technician arrived. The technician was able to determine the problem within just a few minutes. They were able to provide an estimate on the cost quickly. We chose not to move forward with the repair as the cost was prohibitive relative to what we paid for the dryer. We did pay for the service call which was fair. We would definitely use Fusion in the future.

I love this company. I needed both appliance and HVAC service. They took care of both and were incredibly responsive before and after the work they performed. They're both skilled, fast and very nice.
First time I used Fusion when I had some problems with my Samsung gas stove, which was fixed very quickly and professionally. Subsequently, when I had some problems with my Samsung fridge, I had no doubt who to contact, it was Fusion. The team is very knowledgeable and experienced, Andrew identified the issue and had all the required parts to fix it during the same visit. Again, I was impressed by his positive attitude and by the quality service provided. Strongly recommended for your appliance repairs. Very strong 5*

My fridge & washer clunked out on me the same week! A previous provider told me the problem, but then disappeared leaving me with non working appliances for an extra week. Thankfully I found and contacted Fusion through yelp. They responded quickly with appointment times & diagnostic costs. Once I called them, we made an appointment for the next day. I got a text confirmation when Sergei was on his way which was really helpful, and it was during the allotted time window. Sergei was extremely thorough. He tested the products multiple times. Took time to find the problem, diagnose it, and explain to me. I ended up getting a new washer because, thanks to the detailed info, I decided the price for repair was not worth the cost of the machine. He had to order parts for the repairs, so it had to be done over multiple days. But no longer than a week total. When he came back with the parts, he was in & out in under an hour. Highly recommend Fusion!
