We’ve used this company for years so we were shocked by the level of customer service we received today! We called last night and left a voicemail to see about service today. We were contacted and told 1-5pm and then at 3pm contacted and told the technician was running late and wouldn’t arrive till after 5pm and therefore we would be charged after hours rates!! How is it our fault the technician is late and why should we be penalized? Unacceptable and poor customer service….especially to an existing customer!

Part of our unit froze on Christmas Eve causing heat to stop working. We couldn’t get in touch with any companies that were open until a neighbor referred us to Jesse. I texted him and within 30 seconds I had a response and we were on his list for a visit the same day. Jesse arrived at our house at 830pm on Christmas Eve, crawled under our house in freezing weather, fixed the issue and had our heat back on in no time all for an insanely reasonable price. We will certainly be calling Jesse and Excelsior for everything in the future!

We were on our way out the door for vacation and of course, our home had no A/C. We called Excelsior Air and they scheduled service for the same day after hours. We had someone home sitting for us and she said that the technician, Eric, was awesome. He was very courteous, on time, and professional. Our home sitter reached out to me this week to ask if I had Eric’s contact information. I,of course, referred her to Excelsior. Thanks again Eric! Not only do we appreciate the fix to our system but I also want to say thank you for great customer service!

From the moment they called me to set up an appointment, I knew this experience would be different from the last place I just had. The woman was very polite and bubbly! They got me in within a couple of days after another company failed to get it working for more than 4 days… but DzMitry was absolutely wonderful. He fixed what was missed last time and explained to me how the different components of my air flow amongst other questions I had as a recent first time home buyer. RUDE Owner! Jessie, didn't even try to help! I was asking for a quote. He asked me what quotes I already had. After I told him, he was like, yeah well mine are probably going to be the same if not more. All he cared about was MONEY!!!! I said, I guess we can just cancel the appointment and he was like, YEAH! What a total JERK!!!!!!! You will NEVER get any referrals from me, EVER!!!!

I rarely ever leave reviews but this is warranted. Lead Technician is fantastic, consultative, and professional. However, this is a company-first, client-second organization with poor communication and not willing to reason with you to continue a business/client relationship. The definition of a small-business. They even offered a complimentary tune-up but have since not returned any of my 2 phone calls and 2 emails over a 10-day span. If you're HVAC is acting up, they're not worth the headache. ************** Elizabeth, Poor communication and putting the company first. Never did I ask for a "free" refund and I couldn't have been more professional and courteous to you and your staff throughout the process. Getting defensive and using anyone as scapegoat to cover up operational lapses on an open social media platform is very telling. Not all reviews have to be 5 stars.

Excelsior Air sent Eric over to install a new EcoBee thermostat for me. It was working fine until the next day when a hardware issue wasn't turning the heat on properly. The fact new hardware was failing right out of the box; I decided to purchase a Google Nest thermostat. Within an hour of my call, Excelsior Air had Eric back over, who switched out the thermostats at no charge. I couldn't be happier with Eric's expertise and Excelsior Air's customer service.
