Can't say enough good things about Chase. Jeremy did the summer maintenance check and found dampers in the crawl space which he opened to allow more airflow to the upstairs bedroom; now a stronger flow, creating a more uniform temperature throughout the house. Other service techs in the past had missed these dampers. Jeremy is a true asset to your company and I will ask for him to do the winter maintenance. Very pleased to have found Chase after trying other companies in the past. 5 star rating is not enough! Will also use them for plumbing needs. Thanks, Chase
Called them on a Sunday evening and they returned my call Monday morning…scheduled service for Wednesday…arrived at the stated time…checked the issue (clogged drainage tube), cleared it, checked the HVAC pump and was a little low on Freon and they added that…totally impressed by their service and explanations…will have them come out Spring and Fall for preventative checkups!!!
They have done HVAC work on both our house and rental property and they are awesome! So professional, knowledgeable and honest. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.
I just wanted to share that I wrote a review about 6 years ago that if Google allowed, I would delete. Their was definitely a misunderstanding and Chase ended up doing a great job back then and I have used them numerous times since with 100% satisfaction.
My new 'go to' plumber. We have lived in our home for over 25 years. We have had the need for plumbers throughout that time for various things - big and small. I had come to DREAD calling any of the plumbers we have used - cost, not responding, leaving us hanging for days/weeks, doing a job and leaving in the middle every time to go buy parts, etc, etc, etc. I have used Chase twice now - first time because my previous plumber - never showed up or called. Never. And that was someone who has been around a long time and I thought was as good as it was going to get. So - Chase came the first time, within 24 hours, gave us a window of time for the visit, did the work without having to leave and come back, did a great job, was pleasant and talked to us all as if we had brains, and the cost was very reasonable. Nobody wants to have to fix the plumbing, but if you have to - that is what you are looking for. So - I called them again for the next issue (new refrigerator, needed icemaker hooked up as well as remove a previous plumbers bad choices from a previous refrigerator). I called around 5 pm, they were here the next morning. They came in, talked to us like we had brains, once again, gave us options - and then set about doing a professional job. And all at a reasonable price, within the range I had set in my head. After a mistake on our part with filling out the check, they called to request a new one, and were, again, pleasant on the phone. Nobody wants to have to call a plumber. Its almost as bad as calling the dentist. But, honestly, Chase makes it - not so big of a deal. The costs are what I expect, the work leaves me without worry, they finish the project in a very reasonable amount of time, not over days with trips to get supplies, and they treat you with respect. What more could I want? So glad we found them - again - all because the previous plumber never even showed up and didn't even have the courtesy to call us and tell us they weren't going to
Best service ever. David, Nick, and the crew were very professional, responded quickly to fix our plumbing problem, and did an awesome job. Greatly recommend them.
Late on a Friday afternoon I had an emergency sump pump issue. I contacted multiple after hour plumbers and Chase Inc. called me back immediately. After speaking with the on call tech Brad, he stated he could be to my house within the hour to diagnose and repair as needed. Just as Brad stated, he arrived within the hour and was able to diagnose and repair the issue quickly and efficiently. Cannot say enough about the professionalism and customer service provided by Brad. He was outstanding!!!! Kudos to Chase Inc and especially Brad for their exceptional work and customer service. I would highly recommend this company.
I have used Chase Inc for a few HVAC services now over the years and the team is always prompt, professional, and friendly. Jeremy does a great job with the repairs and explaining the problems. I highly recommend this company.
I have been using Chase for the last couple years. Very honest company and employees. I usually get my ac or hearing tune up. The other year they worked on some plumbing for my sink. Thank you!
Bought a house with a nightmare of plumbing on the second floor. I had several companies come out before Chase, none of those companies either cared or wanted to put forth the effort to correct the issues. Chase is truly an amazing company with great employees who know their stuff. They have corrected my nightmare and i now have piece of mind.
I would like to give a shout-out to Chase, Inc. who just performed our seasonal furnace check up. Joe was very thorough and went to great lengths to explain every working part to my husband. Sometimes it really does help to know how some things work and why some things are done. He was a wealth of knowledge, easy to understand, professional and on time. I truly believe Chase will not try to sell you equipment you don’t need much less an entirely new system. Please keep them in mind if you ever have any issues in the future.
I do not have the time or energy to write the awesome review that this company deserves and all they did for me... suffice it to say: I recently relocated from the West Coast and knew nothing of the local HVAC/ Heating systems. All I knew was, the house I bought had these unsightly baseboard steam heaters thru-out, and they had to go LOL! Chase coordinated the steam heat removal with the floor company, while we were absent and so on. When I finally arrived, the morning of, the toilets started overflowing onto my newly installed floor, I was frantic! I didn't even know where the shut off was... OMG. Chase sent a team immediately and saved my floors!!! From there it has been the most wonderful experience. Of ALL the RVA contractors we hired (and Chase was out here at least 6-8 times), they we're always available for us. We even called in an emergency when the AC went down and at 8PM, walked us thru the reset! WOW! EVERY SINGLE team member was polite, knowledgeable and professional. The fellas even helped my hub lift the new mattress up the stairs! They are real people, with real values and integrity, the prices were competitive, the jobs were left clean, they were a breath of fresh air. SIMPLY PUT "THE BEST"
We had an emergency plumbing issue in our basement bathroom tonight and we were obviously very worried about it. Dylan and Brad came out at a very decent response time from when I called and provided services like no other company we have hired for plumbing issues. They were respectful, professional, and very knowledgeable. They explained everything in great detail and answered all questions we had. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to come out and help us late at night. I 150% recommend this company and recommend these two technicians. Great job! Thank you both for providing great services tonight. I will be calling this company anytime we have plumbing issues here on out!

If you are looking for an honest, dependable, and well-priced local plumber, Chase Heating, Air, & Plumbing is a MUST TRY. Robert, one of the Chase technicians, carefully fixed lingering plumbing issues. He provided a detailed explanation of his diagnosis so we could make an informed decision before proceeding. Robert completed the job in perfect timing and was very thorough. Ask for Ashley or any of the Chase Team to schedule a visit. These guys have come out several times on short notice. I really enjoy working with David. One of my calls for help was at 4pm on a Friday and he had a guy out by 5pm to fix a HVAC unit for me.
I've used Chase for the past two years for my HVAC needs. They always provide professional, prompt, and friendly service when I request yearly cleaning and maintenance for my furnace and any HVAC repair needed. They give fair estimates, great advice, and have been absolutely wonderful to work with. I am so lucky that we found Chase, Inc. early in our home-ownership and we look forward to having them as our go-to HVAC company for many many years to come.

EMERGENCY PLUMBING SERVICE Plumbing leak after normal hours. We were able to shut the water off, so it was slightly less urgent, but no water in the house is a big problem. We placed the call and Rob was at the house very quickly, especially considering they had at east a 40 minute drive from Richmond. Repairs took less then 30 minutes. They replaced a valve and added two valves to isolate one shower that will need to be repaired during normal hours. Very prompt, professional, and easy to work with. Highly Recommended.
First time customer and will definitely be a repeat. Very fast service getting someone to my house to repair a leaking washer hose. Very friendly technicians who fixed it fast and did a great job cleaning up. Thanks!
