I contacted at least 7 different companies and Automatic Climate was the ONLY one who called me back to set up a time. They were friendly at the office and Tevin did a great job in the field. He explained the process, fees, and showed me videos of the before/after when the work was completed.

They were quick and ontime. Nick was phenomenal and had the issue diagnosed after 3 other companies could not diagnose it. We had a hiccup with our home warranty company but Jason handled that and helped us work through it. In the end I had to get a new condenser and they were able to install that within a few days which was great with the days getting hotter. I am very pleased with there customer service, technicians ability and overall job performance. I would recommend them for your next heat or ac repair.
Automatic Climate was quick to respond to my online request. The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous even when he had to crawl through our crawl-space in the rain! I would recommend!
Automatic Climate is consistently excellent. The folks are nice, they are on time, and they do what they say they will do. Nick and Ale did a great job, and Josh is an excellent tech, too. Jonathan, the service manager, and Phillipe, service tech, were awesome.
Joshua is a first class professional, this is the second time he has provided maintenance for us. He is thorough, explains what he’s doing, and shows the results of his visit. I used Automatic Climate several years ago and received the same quality service. I would recommend this company to others based on the skill and trustworthiness of their staff. The technician(Gerald) was great! Very professional, provided specific details on the services being performed. I will definitely request him again in the future for any system issues.
Showed how the HVAC outside unit will need to have work done but did not pressure to complete. Gave price differences to repair vs replacing but only because I brought up that most of the houses around me have replaced. Said I could save $8-9000 if we repair and that would be fine.
I had a great experience with Automatic. Aaron was my serviceman. He went above and beyond to figure out some of the issues with our system. He was very clear in explaining things, and also super reasonable with pricing. You can tell he cares greatly about the quality of the work he does.
Antonio was on time, friendly, and most importantly knew what he was doing. I would definitely recommend Automatic Climate.
I used Auto climate for annual maintenance on our 3.5 ton York Heat Pump. They came at their scheduled time and were genuinely interested in doing a complete (outside and inside with physical and electronics evaluated) annual maintenance (more than just cleaning the outside unit). Overall the service took a little over 2 hours. I have only had the system for 1 year, so kind of early to catch any preventative items but hope it pays off.
Gerald was a great technician. He arrived on time for my seasonal maintenance appointment and thoroughly tested & cleaned my HVAC units. He was professional, kind & helpful. Great experience and service!

Joe was amazing!! I haven’t needed to call anyone for AC issues in eons and being newer to the area tried Automatic Climate. Joe was out the next morning at 8am on the dot! Looked over the system, gave use detailed quotes and what we eventually might need and changed out the thermostat and did an outdoor line cleaning for a clog. He never once pressured us to do anything and was CRAZY informative! He definitely knows his stuff. Not only that, he was extremely friendly and didn’t mind all of the questions we asked at all. I would absolutely recommend this company and use Joe every time. Thank you Joe!!
Russel called before he arrived and was right on time for an AM appointment. He finished my annual maintenance in under an hour and then changed out a tub faucet. Automatic climate has done some smaller plumbing jobs such as this one and changing an outdoor faucet that was leaking. Russel was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
Shawn was my technician today. He is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I am always curious about how the systems work and he was more than willing to teach me and showed me exactly what he was doing. His clear explanations were invaluable. Great experience!
