He does good work one of the best in the area
The only reason I gave a four stars was because my technician was excellent. He was knowledgable and thorough. This should have been a 5 star review however I was told I needed a part and that the office would be in touch with me as to when to expect the part and to schedule the repairs. It has been 12 days and I have heard nothing from their office. I called today and was told they have no idea when the part will arrive. The woman said she doesnt have a good relationship with that vendor and she will email them again. Meanwhile I have been with out heat in late January and might have made a different decision (like a new unit, or a different company who could get the part in less than two weeks) if I had been called and informed, like I was told would happen. In addition, I prepaid for the maintenance plan and so now I might be asking for my money back. I need a company that can reliably and timely provide information so that I can make informed decisions. So here I sit - 12 days later, going into late January and no heat, and no real information when that might change. Like I said this would have been one star if my technician had not been so great.
Timely,professional, knowledgeable, efficient service. Not cheap but fairly priced!
I spent 10,000 on a new system I have over 100 calls in the 3 years or repair issues with being ripped off on each call I have been out of air for 2 weeks no return calls and no appointment set up yet. When my unit was installed they fail through the ceiling creating a big mess. They have a wired thermostat in the front and a wireless thermostat in the back that constantly goes out and they want me to pay$1750 to redo a wireless one that they already is not going to work properly with the zones boards it should be a wired thermostat they have the worst customer service and communication with loyal customers when you spend 10,000 you should not have too many service calls on yearly maintenance. I strongly advise you to stay away
If I am a reoccurring customer. You should know what my system needs and I don't care how old it is. I have never had a problem with the service until today. Refrigeration is out and how bout all they're suppliers are out and they're pn a waiting list. Why would it take me spending $130.00 in diagnoses when you should know what the problem is and better still, you don't have the marterial to fix it. So today I paid you for what. You don't value me as a customer. You shouldn't have came out. You came out knowing you couldn't fix it. I have a big problem with that.I don't do business like this and I.dont appreciate it either. Obviously you do not honor your customers.
I was pleased with the knowledge and service work rendered.
In late April 2021, hired Anderson Air Conditioning & Heating company to install a HVAC system (+5K $). On May 27th, I woke up to water gushing out of the ceiling from attic. The attic insulation and sheet rock absorbed the from water from the newly installed HVAC system for weeks until the ceiling collapsed. There was so much water even the light fixture was flooded. The water flowed for several hours. Mr. Anderson fixed the issue the next day stating the PVC values that takes water out of the home was installed improperly. More than 8 feet of ceiling/sheet rock including a light fixture was damaged. So glad I was home at the time. Mr. Anderson sent his contractor out within the week to repair the damage unfortunately his contractor workmanship was horrible (0 star). Extremely poor work! I had to hire a contractor to redo the repairs that cost me over (1,000) which Mr. Anderson agreed to accept responsibility. Did not happen! After contacting his company several times for payment, I had to pay for the repair work. Bad work, bad experience.
After 6 1/2 months of no HVAC and two companies “working on it” I called Anderson. The next day Michael was at my house diagnosing and going over my options. He did not try to sell me a new system, and was professional and knowledgeable. He came back with another technician and in two hours my system was tested and running. Amazing! So courteous and explained what they had done. I would enthusiastically endorse and recommend!
Anderson Heating and Air was fantastic. We needed to replace our oil-burning ducts with new ducts optimized for our newer HVAC system, which required re-designing the layout and consolidating and re-routing the entire return system. We also asked Anderson to move our air handler to optimize basement space. They gave a fair quote on our job (we got three different estimates) and were able to move forward with the project efficiently and in the manner described. They offered independent ideas and feedback that I hadn't considered, and also were transparent about layout opportunities to introduce cost-savings. I particularly appreciated that Mr. Anderson himself came out to perform the estimate and to offer his perspective- as opposed to some other companies who sent out estimators who were only partially familiar with the ins and outs of a project of our scale. Extremely responsive, and I greatly appreciate Mr. Anderson's hands-on approach to customer care. Office personnel were great too- Candice was friendly, responsive, and upbeat in all communications about the project. The project was completed while we were out of town, and the job site was left immaculate. Mr. Anderson personally reached out after completion of the job to schedule a walk-through with us and to review project components. Truly, truly impressed and would not hesitate to work again with their team-- they have my and my family's trust. Thank you to Mr. Anderson and his team!
From scheduling with Candice, to the estimate with Mr. Anderson, to financing with Emily and to installation of my heat pump with Mike, Brandon and crew, the service provided was friendly and professional. The guys used shoe booties to protect my flooring and laid out plastic where there was high traffic. They cleaned as they went and were pleasant. I am thoroughly pleased and would choose them again. I HAVE AIR!!! Thank you all.

Fantastic service received for an HVAC replacement done on 6/16. Their lead employee, I believe named Luis, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Hope they can hold onto him as he is a gem. Pricing was fair and I received constant updates on when to expect people, or what was needed of me. Highly recommend Anderson!

Everyone that work here, was very professional, I never felt uncomfortable, the guys answered all our questions, they showed us how to use the thermostat and when I called the office, everyone was so polite and very helpful.Thank you for doing such a great job.
These are the nicest people. When they put my system in they were punctual efficient, and neat. The installers were so nice. Everyone who has come to my home since that day has been awesome. This fall my attic door cracked across when they were going up to perform service. They had it repaired without hesitation. The 3rd party vendor did an awesome job and was as nice as everybody else. Definitely recommend!
Mr. Anderson installed a complete York hvac system with an exposed insulated spiral ductwork that looks as good as it sounds. Very professional staff, excellent workmanship. They listen well and customize the job to your needs, including showing us new thermostat options we didn't know were available.. Would give 10/10 or 5 stars for Mr. Anderson and his company.
after two weeks after 1st company w as a bust they came pronto fixed a.c. unit in minutes paid oop but happy camper still waiting on reimbursement from Home Warranty company Amazon smh

I have worked at several HVAC companies in the past and have been in the trade for over 10 years but I have finally found a home with Anderson AC . From day one I could tell they are different from the rest , they care about the customer and about the situation they are in . There are no high pressure sales techniques or selling you something you don't need . Happy technicians = happy customers.
