Americool gives quality service. We have used them for a couple of jobs this past year. The newist job was to get a new air conditioning unit. Chris came to install the unit. He was prompt with arrival. He worked steady through the day and made sure to clean up afterwards. His professionalism and work ethic is an asset to the company. I would recommend this company.
It is one of the hottest days in July and our AC at our office was out. Several companies could not get here for a couple days. Jimmy from Americool showed up within hours and fixed the problem for a reasonable amount. THANK YOU from all of us in the office at Junk King!

I called Americool Heating and cooling with my ac not working they were able to come that day to look at it and determined it was my blower motor, had 1 in there work vehicle and was able to replace it right then and had me up and running.. They were on time very professional and very fairly priced..
I have had new system installation and repair work done by Americool in the past years. I have been very happy with their pricing, response time and service. I have had other companies out for quotes but AmeriCool beats them everytime. The owner always reaches out to me to ensure satisfaction. I highly recommend AmeriCool!
Chris was on time, friendly and efficient. He was able to complete his inspection in a short time and gave me a report on what he found. The system was installed in August 2022 so there were no problems, but it was good to have the reassurance.

As a first time customer, I cannot speak more highly of our experience. Our heat was not functioning and on such a cold day, I was so relieved that a technician was available and at our home within a few short hours of my call. John was fantastic and did a great job explaining the issue and its remedy. Based on this interaction and my overall experience, we will be switching our annual services to Americool. Thank you!
The service was great the technician was very knowledgeable. He investigated the area off the information I provided and was able to restore my heat in 20-30 mins and educate me on somethings. I really appreciate it thank you guys
Its Christmas Eve and my family and I woke up to a cold house! Our heat was not working and I inquired online. Received a call back very quickly and someone was out to us . Fixed the problem and very friendly. Now we can enjoy the holidays! Will def use again and recommend!
The Service Team was great - Lisa worked me into the schedule within 30 minutes of my call. Asked if she could send a team now that was in the area finishing a job. Service Team arrived , Chris & Jason very professional with big smiles checked out my furnace explained to me the issue and provided a temporary solution, less than 30 minutes heat was back on. Lisa called back 1 hour said could have the new parts ready to install whenever I was ready. Thank you Have a Merry Christmas!!
We had a great experience with Americool heating & cooling. Last year when my old system died they were very quick to respond even though I was not a current customer. They came quickly and completely replaced my whole unit. They were very knowledgeable and professional. This year they came for my one-year service, which they reminded me I needed. They were very prompt and courteous. I will definitely be signing up for their maintenance plan.

I’ve been with Americool for several years, they’ve always taken great care and time in meeting our needs. I subscribe to their maintenance plan for both my homes, which is definitely affordable. Anne my point of contact has always shown professionalism and kindness. John my service tech, respectful, knowledgeable and caring has always gone above and beyond they are my super heroes! We have been using this company for about twenty years and they have always provided excellent service. On the initial call, the two other companies I consulted told me I needed a new furnace. This company was honest when I asked about the furnace. Though it will probably need to be replaced soon, I still have that furnace. So, I guess the other companies were wrong and greedy.
My service all started with their technician coming out to evaluate my current unit which was installed back in 1996! Their technician was very thorough with his evaluation and told me the honest truth about my unit was doomed and he could fix it if I wanted to pay but it would be costly as it’s and out dated unit. Chip Wells then came out to help me weigh my options and he was absolutely professional and fully helped me understand everything and he’s a pretty cool guy too and we enjoyed a couple laughs while he helped make my decision and educate me on my options. He gave me an install date and was actually able to get everything installed before his predicted date. His install team was very impressive and let me tell you all the American flags in my front yard made me feel very patriotic! His team made us feel like family and they worked quickly and cleaned up afterwards! I’ll definitely refer them to anyone who needs any of their services! Thank you Americool !!! We are definitely cool now
