I can’t speak more highly of Kevin and this company. Same day service, prompt arrival, very professional, and explained what he was doing and how I can maintain the system better. This company was recommended to me by my parents who have been lifelong customers and now I am too. Thank you Kevin and Air-Pro Mechanical for the amazing work you did.
I had my AC condensate pump overflow and Kevin came out within an hour (lucky timing I know). He diagnosed and cleared the clog in my drain tube in a very short time. Very reasonable diagnostic fee, professional, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend and $50-100 cheaper than other companies I called to price check on coming out and diagnosing the problem.
They have a really quick response and a great service.
I always have a good experience with Air Pro...10 years. I usually get Nick, but he was on call. John Schools was very patient professional and personable, and he explained everything. He was on time and efficient.

The dispatcher schedule my repair - and then arranged for an even earlier time which I appreciated. She called, as promised, to let me know that the technician was on his way 30 minutes before he arrived. John was very professional; quick to assess the situation. He had the part on the truck to make the reapir and had the system working within a few minutes. He didn't try to upcharge or do extra work. The price was more than fair and I felt confident that we were getting a good value for our money. Our home has multiple system. This is the second time we have used them. Highly recommend.

This is a great company, great service, excellent response time and very good service technicians. I had the pleasure of having John come out this morning. He had answers for my problems. Just can't say enough good things about him and this company. And by the way the two ladies, Lisa and Tracy who handle the phones are top notch.
I called to have a yearly maintenance check on my three HVAC units. The service was scheduled for just a couple of days later. John called and was able to come early which is always acceptable. He arrived and went right to work, checked everything (heat & AC), fixed a minor issue and all was well. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Best home service i have received. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and had the job done fast and right. Will always go to Air Pro for my HVAC repairs. Had two people come out prior to Kevin and they had no idea how to fix what Kevin did in 2 hours
We had some issues with our thermostat being wired wrong (by us) and our air wouldn't kick on. John came out and fixed everything for us. He was professional and quick. So happy Air Pro Mechanical was recommended to us!
I called on Air Pro Mechanical twice in 2022 and both times they were quick to get out to my house. When they came out to do maintenance on our HVAC and Gas Heater the serviceman was so thorough and went out of his way to make sure everything was in working order. Their prices as excellent as well. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else for my heating and air needs.
Air-Pro Mechanical was not only professional, but on time (even early). Our A/C decided to be temperamental and we gave them a call. Glad we did! We had our issue fixed within 45 minutes and before the heat kicked in for the day! Amazing professionals, amazing service, and they are honest! You can't go wrong with them!
Air Pro installed a mini split in my Man Cave and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Air Pro was professional and courteous throughout the process, and I highly recommend them. I also use Air Pro for the maintenance on my heat pumps on my house, and they keep me up and running throughout the year. A+ company!!
5 stars is not a high enough rating! I have been using Air Pro Mechanical for the last couple of years to service and maintain my aging dual-fuel HVAC system. The service technicians are always very knowledgeable, and I feel confident with their findings. Most recently, we decided to replace our downstairs system. The Installation Team showed up on time, was exceptionally professional and personable (even remembered my beloved yellow lab), and did a great job with our installation. When they were all finished, they left everything spic and span to the point you would have never known they were there!! Highly recommend this company and the team at Air Pro Mechanical!
Walt and the Air Pro team are awesome. They're extremely knowledgeable and for more personable than most contractors I've worked with. They'll treat you like family and get your systems taken care of, too!

Walt and his team installed a new heat pump system in our house. We knew when we purchased the home it was going to need to be done soon. Walt was very responsive when I called him for an estimate and was out personally the next day. He was able to beat several other companies estimates right off the bat and also offered a longer service contract than some of the companies you see on billboards. The install was done by his team in half a day. They replaced the inside and outside units as well as the thermostat. They were professional and polite guys that clearly enjoy what they do. I will happily keep using them for anything I need in the future that they can take care of for me.
