This place destroyed my home. They got fiberglass insulation all over my home through negligence. I’m currently in the process of suing Adams and their insurance company for their negligence. Unless you want to have your home to be unlivable, don’t go with them.
Bobby Adams and his team are great, know what they are doing and always do a great job at a fair price.
Honest and fair company
Can’t say enough good things about this company ! They’ve been around for decades, speaks volumes of their work ethics ! Always very professional, courteous, timely, reliable and trustworthy ! I know when I call I’ll get great service and treated with honesty ! I wouldn’t call anyone else ! 😊
We live in a 1990's era home in Woodlake. We had terrible ductboard ducting and distribution in our attic supplying air from an upstairs heatpump. We have been wanting to redo this stuff for 20years. We finally got around to it, and were we ever happy with the jobs the Adams team did. They went so far beyond our expectations. It is so rare these day to find a business that does the job like YOU would do [if you had the skills, lol] but the did -- and then some. I can not say enough great things about this business. They were easy to communicate with, both the front office and the onsite techs. They techs were respectful of the residence, wearing shoecovers, using protective drop cloths, and meticulously cleaning up after the work was complete. They were on time with the appointment, finished up ahead of schedule, and came in under the price quoted for the final work. There are simply not enough of businesses like this around. Great Job! We Highly recommend.

This is my second system installed by Adams. I have been a happy customer since 2006. The excellent customer service keeps my loyal. I have never had a bad experience with anyone I have had contact with from Adam's.

Our heat pump had gone out and I called about six companies for quotes for a new system. My father recommended Adams as they had installed his unit about ten years earlier. Adams came out and gave me a quote that was better than all the rest for a high quality American Standard system. We decided to go with them and the installation went smoothly. The techs started on time and had the complete unit installed in less than six hours. Everything looks and runs great. I like the fact that they are family run and Mr. Adams was patient and answered all of my questions and concerns. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others.

We have been dealing with Adams heating and air for over 20 years and would not call anyone else! They are professional, knowledgeable and just good people to work with! Our AC died last week and, after having a Tech diagnose the problem, they were here the next morning before 9:00 am and finished by 3:00 pm!! Their prompt response and quality service keeps us coming back!!! Call Adams for any HVAC issues, you will be glad you did!!
This company is awesome to work with. The owner himself answered my call and took my information. From my first call, to completing installation, they were so patient and knowledgeable in explaining exactly what I needed. I had actually requested an estimate on entirely new system and these guys were honest and explained my furnace was still in good shape that I only needed an AC unit. They quickly got the new unit installed and my home is once again cool and comfortable. I can’t rave enough about their work and customer service. My AC is working phenomenally and it’s so resoundingly quiet compared to my old unit. Wonderful quick estimate, installation process and amazing responsive customer service! I couldn’t have asked for better experience.
Adams came quickly on short notice to address my AC issue. The technician diagnosed the problem, explained the situation to me, and made the repair, having the part needed on his truck. Dependable home repair is hard to find. Adams did the original install for my home and has maintained my HVAC since 1991.
Best experience ever with an HVAC company! Beginning with my first phone call, which was answered by Mr. Adams, they were very responsive, quickly visiting my home & then providing a detailed estimate that was less expensive than 2 other companies. This is a family business, so the personal touch is evident, yet they operate in a professional manner from start to finish. Most striking, the technicians who came to install my new unit were just as professional and courteous as the Adams & their office staff had been on the phone. It was evident they are all close to one another & very happy in their jobs. I highly recommend Adams Heating & Air!
RVA if you need Heat/Air service I can't say enough nice things about Adam's Heating and Air. Locally owned. I had no heat, most if the city is an ice rink and they came out within 2 hours of my call and worked until the heat was running again. Very nice and were kind and patient enough to explain the issues without acting like I was just a dumb female! Highly recommend!!!
these guys are great. my 21 year old heat pump started failing. i called them to replace it with a new one. they installed the first one, took care of it when it needed servicing and put in a new one when needed. very nice, very honest folks to do business with. i give them 5 stars.

They are a family owned and run store. I have been dealing with them for 25 years. Nothing but fair honest business people. I don't even think of using anyone else

I have dealt with Adams for over 50 years and have purchased at least 6 separate heating and air conditioning systems from them. All of these systems have been fairly priced. The service levels are excellent and also fairly priced. This is a family owned business that takes pride in their service.
