They installed my old unit 20 yrs ago and have been maintaining and fixing it until this winter (2022) when it died. It died on Tuesday and I had a new unit and heat by Thursday! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
My system was not working it was 100+ outside everyone I was calling said 3 to 4 days before they could make it out. I finally called anchors, the owner answered and told me he would be out personally in a few hours and he was. He quickly figured out the problem and had me up and running again. I later decided to replace the entire unit as I knew it was undersized and overworked. I called them again and they were very pleasant to work with, straightforward and professional. They went above and beyond to fix things that were never done correctly on my system not to add to the bill but to ensure my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing service or a complete unit replacement.
One of our A/C units broke on a hot day today. I called 2 other companies who told me the earliest they could get me in was 3 days from today. I finally called Acors and they sent someone out within the hour. Daniel was our technician and he was fantastic. Kind, professional, and thorough in his repair. He was able to repair the unit within 1 hour and double checked the entire system to make sure it was functioning properly. 10/10 would use again- fantastic service!

Daniel was OUTSTANDING yet again! This is the third or fourth time he’s come out to our house over the last couple years (it’s nice to see the same faces as well!) and he remembered the previous issues we had and gave us amazing service yet again! He is always so professional and polite - outstanding customer service and he always goes above and beyond! Love love love this company!
Donnie came to my home on a Sunday and arrived on time. He is professional and his service prices are reasonable
They did excellent work replacing our ducts and improving air flow throughout our house. It was a tough job, working in a small crawl space in a 1900 home. Really great work! I would highly recommend for any repair or installation.

Had just gotten home from work to find my house at a whopping 80 degrees when it was set to 71 cool! Called them in a panic and after speaking with a very friendly and personable receptionist, they were here within the hour! Can’t remember our technician’s name but he was very prompt, polite, and thorough! My parents owns their own HVAC business an hour away in Fredericksburg, VA so I know good service good when I see it and this is it!!! Thank you Acors HVAC!!!! I will definitely be using them again in the future if I ever have any issues!
11 years ago, Acors Heating and Air Conditioning installed my heat pump system. For the last 11 years, Donnie Acors and his team have been prompt, thorough and reasonable every single time I have needed service. This morning, Donnie came to the rescue again. I called at 7:30 am and he was here before 9 am. He had to replace the 60 am disconnect under the house and we replaced it with a non fused connection. He checked everything else out while he was here. Fair pricing, great service and honest. I would highly recommend Acors. Thanks again Donnie!
Acors now takes care of my home and my business. Great experiences with these guys. Donnie was determined to repair my 10 ton unit that services my restaurant. Very unusual problem and he has it running like a top. Same for my home. Thank you.
I was very disappointed by the service we received. We call for a leak in our system and the leak wasn't found. We were told that flushing out the system and putting in coolant would solve our problem an it didn't. We were charged a large amount of money with no results. When the owner left he told us that a portion of our money would be refunded and it wasn't. We were told the only way we would get any money back is if he could put in a new system for thousanda of dollars which was not what he told us when he left. I will never call this company again.
Very great job fixing my AC! The gentelmen who came out were great people, instead of just fixing my problem and leaving, they educated me a little bit on what was going on and why. Great service.
Very professional and friendly. Fixed the problem quickly. Excellent company. I definitely recommend Acors Heating and Air. I was very disappointed that the condensation pump only cost $59.00, and the bill was for $433.00!! It was my parent's house, and I went to high school with Donnie. That's just not right man.
Had a bad fuse was told I needed a new unit always good to get an second opinion.Called the office they hung up on me i3 times after I tried to explain what happened by a nasty employee, All my mother needed was some air not to be ripped off. The next day 7-29,-I6 I received a nasty call from Mrs Acors and I tried to explain what happened again then she threatened to take me to court because of my post so I hung up the phone because I felt like she was trying to trap me into something like harassing her which she stated the first conversation all because my mom needed air plain and simple but my mom paid one hundred thirty- four dollars for someone to look at it when it dont cost that much to fix so give her her Money back to help with repairs
Came out within 2 days. Said there was a leak and looked for a leak for about 2 hours and couldn't find anything. Put some Freon in the unit and it worked great for a couple of hours,then nothing. Called them the next day and they couldn't come out couple of more days. When the guy came out and found the leak almost a week later, I asked if some of what I had already paid could go toward the next fix (around 300). The lady made every excuse and they just stopped returning my calls...3 weeks later I still don't have a/c, out 300 dollars and calling someone else.
I have been a customer for over 25 years. The company always provides a prompt response, helpful advise, quality work and courteous, professional and knowledgeable service. Highly recommended.
