Dave came out in 100 degree weather went on the roof and got straight to work. He explained everything that needs attention and also any safety concerns. He was able to give us tips on how to make our walk in freezer and walk-in cooler more efficient. The customer service on the phone to the skill level and knowledge of the tech is beyond impressive. For a company that has been in business for over 30 years it appears as if they have been in business around 300 years. Five stars all around!
The AC went out yesterday and it has been a MISERABLE 24 hours but I called Tommy Garner just a couple hours ago, the technician came and fixed it already answering any questions I had. 10/10 will call again.
Our air handler motor went bad, Jamie S. was there within a couple hours after calling. Did an excellent job diagnosing the problem and finding the part needed in stock. back up and running in no time. Thanks!
Thank you Taylor and (technician) William Bunch. Yesterday, I arrived home to find that my Mother (who suffers from dementia) had been trying to adjust the thermostat on her own. The house was already at 86 degrees and was continuing to rise. After trying unsuccessfully to get the thermostat to adjust. I called Tommy Garner at 4:56pm. Taylor was so friendly and compassionate. First, he tried helping me over the phone. Then he told me a technician was on there way. Within twenty minutes William arrived. He was so friendly. He quickly discovered the problem, fixed it and explained to me how correct it; if it happens again.. The service call charge was less than half of what other HVAC companies charge. I do not normally do Google reviews. But, this is the second time... Tommy Garner Air Conditioning and Heating, has gone above and beyond to help me. I am beyond grateful. And a customer for life. Thank you!!

Our hot water stopped working last night and they were able to get a technician out to our house within an hour of me calling on a Saturday. Their pricing was much better than other companies, and Dave was awesome! He was very professional and was able to diagnose the issue in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Tommy Garner!
Dave was an impressive technician. He explained well and fixed the problem at a reasonable price. The scheduler was delightful and helpful. I have used Tommy Garner a number of times and have great confidence in them.
Very courteous and professional service technicians. They replaced my hot water heater. Their work was impeccable and they answer all my questions and concerns. They also do my annual maintenance.
I originally wrote that I was not exactly happy with the service / seasonal check up. After getting a phone call from the owner., I have decided, to simply say , I will stick with them. It's evident that they do care about their Customers needs and willing to discuss any issues you might have.
David was great, on time, quick diagnosis, expert repair and thorough debriefing. He’s a keeper!

Amazing service. They even send hand written thank you notes. The gentlemen in my home were kind and respectful and very careful to not make a mess. I am deeply impressed. Customer for life.

I cannot say enough good things about our experiences with Tommy Garner Air Conditioning & Heating! From our very first experience, to our most recent (today) I am blown away with the level of customer service that is provided. EVERY employee from the front desk to the technicians on site are incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable!
Technician named David got here in a timely manner during the holiday weekend and was very professional and knowledgeable of equipment. But after 1 business day I had to call to find out about the part then it took another full day to send the quote. On top of that the part still had to be ordered (1-3 days). Decided to go with someone else at that point. David was great though.
Immediate response on Christmas Eve. Zack was super friendly. Tyler worked through the issues. Had a GREAT attitude
It was Christmas Eve. Very COLD. I had just moved to the area and they not only answered the phone but they responded and came within an hour. Fixed our heat so we could keep ourselves warm and pipes from freezing. We have some work we want to do soon and they are definitely who we will use. Best service ever. Thanks for keeping our Christmas warm and merry!
