I was so nervous about being taken advantage of and Robert not only eased my fear, but made me a customer for life. This company is honest,professional,prompt and quick.. o and did I mention reasonable and fair pricing! Thank you for taking care of me and my AC is running like when I first got it.
Joe at Hendrix Heating and air was very helpful and honest with us about what our best options would be for our AC upgrade right as summer was hitting!
Hendricks showed up on time, quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem, and got our AC running again much faster and much cheaper than we were expecting!
They came and checked things out and ordered the parts for the repair. They were very prompt for the initial diagnosis and when they returned with the needed parts. Will use them again and have suggested Hendrix to several friends already. Nice to find a company willing to do whats needed and not give you the run-around. Felt their prices were well in line.
Had a late notice job I needed done, called Hendrix and they made it happen for me. Although it was after hours, they sent their tech out and less than an hour after placing a call Robert was out to the house to help me out. Although the unit is old they were able to repair without a replacement and he had me going in about 30 Min. If you are in Williamsburg or surrounding areas I would def recommend Hendrix. As a business owner I can really appreciate good customer service and honest work. Hendrix will be my go to for any HVAC needs I may have in the future.
They arrived promptly and fixed the AC quickly. Very nice and professional.
I called for a quote and they were able to come the next day. The worker was kind enough to explain in detail what was wrong with my HVAC and the different options that are available to me. He was descriptive and patient. Also, told us about their financing options. We contact again if I have any issues in the future!

I am not one to leave reviews...but this time has to be different...I just moved to this area and after a month in the new house...Yes...the A/C unit went 😳 out at 7:45 in the evening...I called several HVAC repair facilities and got answering services...I called Joe and he said if I like...he could come right now...the inside temp in my house had reached 84 deg Joe arrived and diagnosed my issue...within 12 min he found the issue and corrected it...A/C was flowing 👌 wonderfully...Not only would I recommend him...I am also buying into his service plan and trust me...no one else will be touching my unit...much praise for this young man...if you have an issue...don't hesitate...call HENDRIX ☆☆☆☆☆
I previously had Hendrix Heating and Air resolve a problem where my AC system was not working. The technician, Robert, was prompt and professional. He quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem and got the system back online. Since then, we have had a contract with Hendrix for maintenance. It is nice to have a local contractor I can trust.
Tried 3 different HVAC companies and Hendrix was the best. I’ve been using them for 3 years now.
They did a great job installing a new heat pump. Hendrix helped with financing and even completed the installation in the rain. We were offered choices on systems ranging from good, better, and best. So far we are very happy with the system we chose. I would highly recommend Hendrix to anyone looking for quality and financing options.

Called about our heater not working… Joe showed up 20 minutes later, fixed the problem in 5 minutes. Stayed and fixed another issue we didn’t know about. He ordered a part and we are waiting for him to come back and replace it. Such a nice guy, very professional. Joe has customers for life now. Thank you for going above and beyond our expectations.
They are very professional and communication is excellent! Joe and Robert knows exactly what they are doing and they make sure the work is complete. Heather in the office is excellent in setting up the appointments and making sure your work is complete and done right. If you need a trustworthy and good people to work on your system don’t hesitate to call them!
Joe did a fantastic job diagnosing a problem with our AC unit and repaired it expeditiously!
My outside A/C unit kept cutting off, so I called Hendrix to check on the unit because they did such a wonderful job installing my hot water heater last summer. They came out the very next day and found that the P-trap was not insulated. It caused condensation to drip in the pan which motioned the sensor to shut off when it was full. The contractor (Through my home warranty) who previously installed the unit did a poor job. Home warranties are definitely a joke and a complete waste of money. Anyway..he insulated the p-trap and cleared the pipe of any clogs. Problem solved. Thank you again for excellent service. I will not be using any other company when it comes to A/C or heating needs!
