Hayden was outstanding and top notch. Very thorough and he even crawled under my home to inspect the ductwork. No other HVAC I used prior to signing on with Smiley’s has ever done this before. Smiley’s installed my two Trane units about a year ago and I will never use another HVAC outfit. I can’t recommend Smiley’s enough. You won’t regret it.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Bruce as the project manager, along with Doug and Preston as the installation technicians, for a complete AC/furnace replacement in my home. Enjoyed having Tyler, Jon and Doug here on May 5. Great job in installing a new ac for the upstairs. In addition they’re relocated 3 air supply ducts. They treated my house like the would treat their own. They even let me ask too many questions while they worked and let me watch and make comments while they worked. Looking forward to many years of dependable heating and cooling for both up and down units. Nice to see Bruce come by and check on work in progress. Jack🏌️♂️
Smiley's installed new heat pump, air handler, ducts, and thermostat several years ago. They did a top notch installation, and they have done the semi-annual maintenance since then. We are very pleased with the system and their maintenance of it. On the latest maintenance visit, Pedro did an excellent check of the system, and explained what he was doing and the results of his inspection. All of the technicians we have seen have been pleasant, helpful, and informative.
Every rep from this company has been extremely nice. Like Chic-Fil-A Nice!

Lee was excellent. Not only was his honesty, technical knowledge, hard work appreciated, but as a rental owner, he looked out for my overall property as well. Got the job done quick and cheaper than i was expecting.
Smiley's did an amazing job. Bruce was very professional and knowledgeable. It was because of Bruce that we chose to go with Smiley’s over other companies. From start to finish Bruce made sure we were taken care of. Tyler and Nick were the best technicians. They were on time, very polite, and made sure they kept us informed throughout the installations. Smileys is strict in scheduling so customers should not miss an appointment. It is understandable since Techs have to be paid to drive there and the company still has the travel expenses, even if customer forgot to reschedule the appointment. In modern times customers are so busy that they often forget hvac and other appointments, so always remember to notify if u will miss appointments. From the last two preventative maintenance visits a screw/bolt has been missing from our fairly new Trane-16 Gaspack Unit that was installed and serviced by only Smileys. The GM, Kurtis Vosquez, will have the missing screw added on next visit. It will not affect hvac performance or warranty. This recent visit was thorough and well documented through images and notes. Smileys seems like a high level HVAC company and costs are in line with other companies. They are big in employee skills, training, reliability, and have treated us well for two-years of FREE MAINTENANCE. I will sign up for their Preventative Maintenance Plan billed on an annual basis The company quickly responded to my last email questions regarding pricing and discounts. I have used many HVAC companies for four houses and I know that Smiley's is the best for installation, maintenance, warranty, pricing, thoroughness, and customer satisfaction in the Tidewater region of Virginia. Jaylin called when he was on his way. He was very courteous, and explained what he was doing while checking and cleaning the furnace and AC. He is an asset to the Smiley’s team.
We had our AC and Heating replaced several years ago by Smiley's and have been very pleased with them ever since. Recently we decided to have our ventilation ducts replaced. The installation team was on time and very professional. They were respectful, timely, and neat in performing the installation. When the installation was completed a through cleanup was performed and all old parts and debris were removed. I highly recommend Smiley's maintenance warranty agreement. From the office personnel to the maintenance crew, Smiley's heating and cooling provides excellent customer service.
