Great service, my problem was solved quickly and efficiently as to 6/19/23
The two men who did our vent cleaning were so professional, friendly, took their time, were not in a hurry. They told us everything that was going to be done and made sure to clean up after. I would trust them to do it again .

Paul and Kendall were professional and on time. They did a wonderful job of cleaning my ducts and vents as well as communicating to me what they were doing. I didn’t have to ask them to wear face mask, they showed up to the door with them on, which was a great relief to me. Also kudos to Zachary who gave me the estimate and went a step further to determine why my ducts were sweating under the home. I’m very happy with the service and professionalism. From the first call with Debbie who was also very professional and provided great follow up. I will definitely use their services again.

Excellent team. They worked very well together and were very methodical with their process with little interruption to our business activity (Atlantic Yacht Basin). Their tools and equipment to do the job were high quality. You could tell they were properly trained and the job was completed with cleanliness. Desks and floor were cleaned. No complaints here and we'll use Sanair again.

We use this company from time to time at the community where I work in Hampton, VA. They are always on time, always communicative about what is going on and what to expect the day they are scheduled, and they are always very pleasant to work with as well. Last Friday, we needed them on the fly. Typically, they are pretty busy and you have to know that you may have to schedule out a week or so, just the nature of their business, totally understandable. In this case, we had a big need for a certain situation and they were able to schedule us for next day (which was Friday). The story is a long one, I will spare you but I want it to be known that this company rocks! Though they got behind that day and let us know about it, they wanted to try to reschedule. I normally would have easily said yes. I understand that things happen, it's life! Things come up that sometimes you cannot predict or expect. However, in this case, we really really needed them that day. They heard the angst in my voice, told me they'd call me back, would make no promises, but wanted to see what they could make happen if anything. After about ten minutes, they called back and said they could make it happen. That call saved the day and Tina made all of that happen. Thank you, Tina! We got one more call from Tina letting us know what was happening and a better ETA and that San Air team (Zach and Ricky) showed up just before 5PM for us AND for our resident. Today, I learned from our resident that they were there until almost 8PM to get the job done. She was so happy with their work and so thankful they showed up and stayed! And, all on a Friday night! She has reported that the situation (which they were there to improve) is much better and moving in the right direction still. We cannot thank San Air ENOUGH! THIS is what it's all about. Obviously they do not work past 5PM, that is not their norm. But, they made that happen and their willingness to go above and beyond for a cust
