Knowing who to trust to service your air conditioning unit(s) and heating system is tight. Cecil and Christina Carpenter, Owners of Precision Heating and Air, are the right people and company to call. We have had their service for 6 years. In fact, they have also serviced our rental house in Hampton for 6 years. We have had issues with both of the homes, and Cecil and/or crew showed the same day and/or the next to take care of the issue and us. Their office staff are very courteous and will assist with booking a date to consider your schedule and time for your inspection or services needed…they will accommodate you. We highly recommend Precision Heating and Air—the Best!

Our heat exchanger cracked on our Lennox system when our unit was only 9 years into a 20 year warranty. Other companies said it may take up to 4 months to get the part. They even suggested we replace the system. We had replaced the motherboard and induction fan 3 weeks prior to the heat exchanger going bad with another company. Cecil at Precision said we should replace the heat exchanger since it was under warranty and not have the expense of a new system yet. He was honest and upfront about everything and his labor price was better than any other company around. I highly recommend this company! From the owner down to the employees, you get treated right! We’ve used Precision multiple times now for our personal home and our investment properties and I’m not sure why I’ve waited this long to give this review! By far the best company we’ve ever worked with. Mark is our technician every time and we love him! Kelsey and Christina are always so sweet on the phone! Cecil you are running a great company! We had our ac go out a week ago and our warranty system took forever to find a contactor. I called them and they sent someone the same day. Half an hour later he fixed the system. The repairman was polite and professional.
I cannot recommend Precision enough! They have done our annual maintenance but also just did an AC replacement for us. Cecil and his crew answered all of our questions and got the job done quickly so that we could get our home cool again. They are fast and they don't cut corners!
Very happy with Precision Heating & Air. Cecil Carpenter came out to do a check on my A/C system before I turned it on this year. Scheduling was easy, and speedy - I called on Friday and got an appointment for Monday. Cecil checked everything over, cleaned the outside unit, and answered all of my (many) questions. Everything looked good, so he let me know about some maintenance items that need to be done at some point, but he didn't pressure me on them. I ended up with a cleaned and checked-out system for a *very* reasonable price. They're now my go-to company for heating and cooling. :)
Precision is the one to go with! Cecil and his crew, specially my favorite Mark, are very knowledgeable and helpful! He’s explained things thoroughly and knows what’s he doing! Year number 3 of using Precision Heating and Air to service and maintenance our AC unit and they are still GREAT!!! Through all of our interactions they have never missed an appointment, have always been professional and from their office staff (Christina) to their technician (Mark) they are very knowledgeable. Great company to be associated with, couldn't imagine doing business with any other HVAC company!
They are very good and professional workers seem to know their stuff. We have used them numerous times whenever we had issues with our old system and we bought a new unit over the summer from them. They're the best.
Precision Heating & Air is amazing company to work with. The owner Cecil is very professional and quickly to get back with you when you are having a problem with your AC Unit. The employee who comes to do the work is also very professional and will explain what's wrong with your Unit. I have their maintenance plan and been using their service for over 4 years and haven't had any problem with their service. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone that I know. They are a company you can TRUST.
Precision Heating and air was an absolute pleasure to work with! They were very communicative, patient and kind. They were punctual to all of our scheduled appointments and returned any missed calls including those that didn’t include a voicemail. They were respectful of our home agreeing to enter with shoe covers and clean up after their work. That made us feel like a true priority. The receptionist was phenomenal! Our service was dispatched through our warranty company and I have had several experiences where warranty calls are treated unfairly or unimportant, but Kelsey made me feel like she would any other customer and made sure my family and I were well catered too in resolving our issue. It was 98 degrees in our home and our warranty company didn’t even prioritize us. Their communication was awful and they failed several times to provide what was needed to precision heating and air to complete the service call. Kelsey waited patiently on several three way calls with the warranty company with me to make sure both sides had what was needed. It didn’t stop there. Home Warranty of America refused to provide us with temporary air despite the fact that it was an emergency call with a 6 month old baby living in these conditions, but Kelsey stepped up and had two temporary air units rushed out to our home to provide some cooling until our unit was repaired. THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST! My A/C unit blew up and was 23 years old...so I knew it was to old to repair and it needed to be replaced. I have a home warranty, but they were a nightmare to work with. The only thing my home warranty company has done right, was assigning Precision Heating and Air to my case. Precision Heating and Air showed up the next day, after I made my home warranty claim. These guys were very professional, prompt and beyond nice. After their findings/diagnosis was reported to my home warranty company they stayed in touch with me, they even loaned me a window unit (free of charge) to keep our bedroom cool, so we could sleep comfortably. When my home warranty company started dragging their feet and giving me the run around....Precision Heating and Air took matters into their own hands and contacted/worked it out with the home warranty company so Precision Heating and Air could use their own equipment (instead of waiting for the warranty company to purchase then ship their equipment) the day Precision Heating and Air got the go ahead from the warranty company, they had me booked next day for the install. The installers showed up ON TIME and finished in a timely manner, they gave me maintenance tips to ensure the new unit stays healthy. Precision Heating and Air is a godsend! I am so thankful they were assigned to me! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! You won’t be disappointed! -Scott
Precision Heating and Air is the best there is. They have a high quality of work. They do what is right, not what is easy. The office and techs communicate well and they are always on time. Very trustworthy and reliable. I am extremely happy with them.
I’ve never had to deal with submitting a claim through my home warranty company and I was just really confused about how it worked and what was covered. Mark went above and beyond answering my long list of questions and it was greatly appreciated. Precision will always have my business from now on and I will recommend them to others as well.
My home warranty co sent Precision out to my home due to an AC issue. I ended up having to pay for the repairs as the warranty co said it wasn't covered. I CANNOT express enough how AWESOME this co is! I love the fact that it's a family owned co and the owners actually CARE about their customers, their employees and the work they do. The owner, Cecil, actually came out to talk to me about the work. Every employee I met was friendly, helpful and seemed to love their job and the co they worked for. This is the 3rd HVAC co we've had come out for multiple issues since we bought our house last year and this is the one we will definitely be calling in the future (and requesting if we have another home warranty claim for HVAC). I can't say enough good about them and their work. THIS is the co you should go with for all HVAC issues!!!
