Our air conditioner is broken. In the morning we called this company and in the afternoon the master came to us. That was great. Usually the master arrives in a couple of days, or even weeks. In half an hour of work, he accurately determined the cause of the breakdown and offered options. Unfortunately, our air conditioner broke completely. We decided to buy a new one. The next day at 9 am the team was already in place. They did everything not to damage our floors and our furniture! Everything was done accurately, neatly and quickly! They know what they're doing! We haven't had a single problem with this company. We recommend everyone to use the services of this company!
After Max examined my aging AC unit and determined it needed replacing, he researched and presented different options, then developed a plan to keep my unit working until a replacement could be located and delivered. When I needed a second opinion on an AC issue at a rental property, Max quickly responded and took the time to think through the issue and explore possible causes of the problem before suggesting a solution. I really value his insights and experience, and willingness to think through solutions. Great customer service!

I've been using Maximum Air Heating and Cooling as my service provider for many years on my primary home and rental unit. The technicians are always on time, courteous, know what they are doing and will give an honest assessment of the work required. They installed my high efficiency furnace and have performed numerous repairs on my air conditioner. They didn't hesitate to correct some minor ducting issues created by the vendor that installed my zone dampers and duct work. Prices are always reasonable and I will use Max when it's time to replace the air conditioner unit. Fair pricing, honest assessment and professional work, every time.
Maximum Air is a great choice for your HVAC needs. Our AC stopped cooling yesterday and they were able to get a tech out this morning to replace a blown capacitor (that he had in stock, on the truck) as well as top off refrigerant in under 45minutes. The tech was wonderful in letting me ask questions and observe what he was doing. My 20 year old AC is blowing cool now and I cannot recommend Maximum Air enough! Thank you!
Don't waste any time calling any other company for the purchase, installation, and maintenance of an HVAC system! Max and his team (Wayne came to our rescue along with Max in summer '21) are COMPETENT and CONGENIAL. Max and his team have acute trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills allowing them to be accurate and efficient (he saved us over $2K!). Max and his team answer calls and return calls promptly. They are very responsive and responsible. Max took time to listen to how my 89 yr young mother had been taken advantage of by another, bigger HVAC company. Max even offered to directly address the horrible work and dismissive treatment received from the other company who had fleeced my mother. With enthusiasm and without reservation, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Maximum Air Heating & Cooling for ALL your HVAC needs!
Maximum is the best HVAC company I've come across. They're installed a new HVAC in my first house and they just did my second house. Everyone I've referred them to has used them as well. The owner Max is a cool guy and professional, wants to go our of his way for you. One of the installers today, Wayne, was awesome as well as the other 2 guys. If you don't use Maximum then you're making a mistake!
This is the second time we've used Maximum Air. The first time Max came out for a routine fix (recharging refrigerant). The second time he came out and long story short, saved us over $1000. Max is extremely helpful and personable and will talk through all your options. Every other company I've had out instantly tries to sell me on new equipment or expensive parts, but Max is willing to work with you and is a wealth of knowledge.
They were extremely helpful and the man who came out was very nice. If anyone is in their area and you have a problem I would definitely go with them.

Searched for A/C repair near me for routine seasonal maintenance on my 26 yr/old A/C unit and ended up calling Maximum Air. The technician Max, called when he was on his way during the scheduled time and could not have been a more informative and helpful. He answered all my questions and gave his expert opinion and advice that I much appreciated. Fair price and knowledgeable technician, couldn't be more pleased with their services.

We had them come out and install brand new air conditioner and heating unit today everything works awesome they cleaned up after themselves and were very very polite there are air condition people forever
Got home from work to find the AC not working. Made a phone call and got a call back from Max within 10 minutes. Within 30 he was at the house and had the new capacitor installed in no time with the AC pumping out cold air. His response time, professional know how and all around great attitude is why this is a 5 star review. I would highly recommend his services to anyone in need of AC repair. Thanks again Max 🤙🏻

Multiple times Max has quickly gotten our AC up and running, even when we've contacted him after hours. He takes the time to explain what is wrong and has come to our house just to give us free advice on how to care for our unit. I highly recommend him!
Maximum Air has been taking care of my family for the past 8 years and if you're searching for a company for your heating and cooling needs, you can stop with Max. Despite a big job for one of his many commercial clients, he still got my A/C back on in less than 12 hours. Called and spoke to him at 7 am, texted back and forth at lunch, and my unit repaired by 5 pm. There are many reasons why Maximum Air has been steadily growing each year but the top reason is because every customer is treated like his best customer and he ensures the best quality and service every time. Max came out and installed a new unit for us last October, 2019, he and one of his employees. They cleaned the drainage line from the air handler in our attic as well. Super affordable!! The upstairs thermostat wasn't working well, it wasnt getting to the right temperature it was set on, never turned off unless we bumped it up a degree. O'Dell came out and looked at the unit and said it was working perfectly, said we just needed a new thermostat and that we could get one at home depot for $50. We bought it and had a terrible time getting it installed right and getting it to turn on the unit. Put the old one back in so we could have air upstairs. We called Max and he spent about 1 1/2 hours with us on the phone to get it installed. He told us to make sure a fuse hadn't blown in the air handler, sure enough it did when we put the old one back on, it wouldn't work! So we put the new one back in with his guidance and sure enough it started working!! Its been nice and cool upstairs since and we haven't had any problems with it keeping the right temperature! Thank you so much Max for your help and professionalism! We couldn't have done it without you! Thank you for taking the time on your time off to get it going right! We will never call anybody else!! Btw, didnt charge us a dime to come out or talk us through the installation!!
