I am thankful for Dran's Heating and AC and John making a service call on July 4th. He was timely in getting to the house and fixing the issue with air conditioner system. Thanks.

Dran's Heating & AC was very responsive providing service within the same day of my calls. The 4 star is because the problem was not completely resolved at the first visit and a recall was needed within 3 days, but could have happen anyway at a later date. No additional charges were incurred.
We had called a number of different HVAC contractors when our AC went out and it hit 90° temps. Dran’s was quick to respond and was able to quickly find and resolve the issue. Price was very reasonable and we are so thankful! Will definitely be using Dran for any future repairs!
The guys came out replace my gas water heater with no problem and they was profession....I will use them again and let people know about this company....five stars from me
Very nice, respectful, knowledgeable young men. Came in, did what they came to do, share what they did and found, share recommendations, and were all done within the time-frame quoted. Very professional. Kudos to Mr. John. Worked it until he found the problem. I can't say enough about every technician that has come to our home.
Has kept our aging ac system going. Very friendly, polite and patient about answering questions regarding the HVAC systems. I highly recommend them!
The technician arrived on time, and performed necessary preventative maintenance on my units. He discovered an electrical fire hazard in the junction box and was able to replace it, showing me clearly how this could have been disastrous. Howe are quite pleased with the cleanliness and efficiency. We will soon replace or 18 year old unit. I will give Dran the option to install.

Horrible. 1 star is too kind. I had to call 12 times to get the work done, overcharged and did work on their own because they thought they had a blank check. Stay away!!!!
Thomas was great. He finished the project a whole day early and super responsive.
They responded pretty fast the tech(Thomas) came out identified the problem really fast and was very informative

I called Dran’s Monday morning due to my AC unit failing the night before and within 2 hours they were at my house! John was incredibly helpful and very thorough with his inspection of my AC unit. He gave me honest feedback and never tried to oversell! I really appreciated his help!

We had a new HVAC system installed today by technicians Emmanuel, Tony & Darrel. They were professional throughout the whole process. Our questions were answered and we were given great tips on how to make our system work even better like duct work and insulation in our attic. They cleaned up after they finished. They made sure to run a meter to the vents to make sure air was coming out. Dran’s is now our company for all our heating/cooling needs. Also 2 weeks ago we had a ceiling fan installed so we will also be using them for our electrical needs. They communicate well via phone, email, text. We will recommend to our friends and family.

Thank you to Dran's Heating, A/C & Electrical for coming out so quickly and providing us with a fair estimate for our hot water tank replacement. Our tank was replaced today and the hot water is flowing. Everyone at this company is so pleasant and helpful. Another very nice experience from Dran’s!
