Cannon heating and AC is a great company for all of your heating, Ac and plumbing needs. They arrived on time and took the time to explain the care for my tankless water heater. He provided a comprehensive cleaning of the unit. I highly recommend this company.
Did a great job, and the price is reasonable.
My Fiancé Aaron and I had a service contract with a larger HVAC Corporation. We were having issues with our system, and multiple times they sent out a tech. After the 3rd or 4th visit they recommended looking at replacement with a brand new system, which we were not prepared or in a position to do. A family member recommended that we have Cannon Heating & A.C. come out and take a look. Even though we are out in Williamsburg, Mr. Cannon was prompt, Professional, and within an astonishingly short time had repaired our system! He gave us some recommendations to upkeep our system, and while he did confirm that we do need to be preparing for the inevitable replacement of our older system, he fixed the immediate issue, gave us valuable recommendations, and did not try to upsell us a brand new system. Mr. Cannon is knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, professional, and we are so appreciative of his time and effort during our service call! We highly recommend Cannon HVAC & AC, especially if you've had multiple visits from other techs!

We have used Cannon Heating &A/C for the past few years. We have three separate HVAC systems and a mini-split. Cannon has maintained and repaired our systems to our complete satisfaction. We would not use any other company to maintain our systems since we can count on Cannon to do it right and at a reasonable price.

I have been doing business with Cannon Heating & Air for the past 19 years. They have always been prompt in answering my needs always getting on the job within the same day or the next day I called. Secondly, they know there job and know the code. All repairs and installations are done to code and in a timely manner. When they fix something it stays fixed. The third thing I like about Cannon is they don't charge you and arm and a leg. There quotes are very reasonable. For example, I needed a gas line run to a gas log installation from my existing line. Cannon's price to run the gas line was almost half of what one of there competitors quoted me. So for me its a no brainer, when I need an HVAC company, I call Cannon. They have run water lines, installed duct work, repaired my compressors, and did trouble shooting on my gas furnace. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and always on time. You cannot go wrong using Cannon for any of your HVAC or plumbing needs. They are simply the best.

This company is rock solid. Their technicians have a great wealth of knowledge. They explained to me what was wrong and corrected my issues. They were timely, ordered the parts I needed, and came back the very next day to finish the job. I haven't had an issue again with the system. I highly recommend them to anyone and I will always use them again. Signed a satisfied customer. 10 stars up.

Had a range vent needing to be replaced. Called a few companies no one seemed to want to handle the issue that was a simple replacement project. Had another company attempt to bait and switch the project to a bird cage and not a vent cover. Called Cannon Heating and got what I needed completed in a timely manner and at an affordable price. Unbelievable that such a simple project was a task in itself to have completed. Thank you again Cannon Heating.

i had cannon heating &air come out repair my a/c and was told the compressor was no good - soi had ask them to replace the whole unit and when i got off off twork the next day they were 95% done with the new install -- very impressive -- iwould recommend cannon heating & air to anyone -- they are very knowledgeable also
Service agent did an excellent job diagnosing the issue and corrected system. He has been to my home in the past and has the technical knowledge to troubleshoot.

I had a list of inspection findings that they were able to address for an affordable price. The work included replacing a faulty main water line valve, adding a water heater overflow vent pipe, replacing faulty bathroom water line valves, and cleaning my A/C/HVAC coils. They were quick and answered all of my questions professionally.
