A&B offered a competitive reasonable price for spectacular service. Gary is a true expert and professional with good explanations for what has to be done to fix your issue. Gary helped set a proper life cycle expectation on my aged heat pump and managed to keep it going 4 years after another company said it had to be replaced. I'm so glad I called! When the unit finally did quit Gary installed a new unit that has not had a hiccup for 7 years. After moving to a new home, Gary was once again able to quickly trouble shoot a furnace issue and get our heat going again! A&B has helped 4 other people we recommended A&B to and not one has been disappointed. They are an excellent choice in a crowded marketplace.

My family and I just got home from vacation to find that our A/C was out, and my house was almost 90 degrees. I called A&B A/C Heating & Refrigeration, I was told that they would be out within 40 minutes, and they were there quicker than what I was told! Gary diagnosed and fixed the A/C in no time. He was very professional, and extremely efficient. I would recommend this company to everyone I know. Prices were fair, and I have absolutely no complaints about this company!!
Gary is outstanding!!! Of course my A/C chose the second hottest day of the year (2016) to quit. After a long day at work I thought I was doomed to spend the night in my sweltering hot house and thanks to Gary for getting out there LATE at night, driving all the way from Newport News to Virginia Beach, and getting my A/C back up running I was able to sleep in comfort. I can not thank Gary enough and would HIGHLY recommend Gary and A&B for all A/C Heating and Refrigeration needs. TOP NOTCH!!!
