The technician was very professional and friendly and gave me the play by play of what was going on with my unit.
Venson was very personable and efficient. He diagnosed the problem (need for freon refill) quickly and wasted no time fixing it. It took about 45 minutes. He also offered recommendation for mitigating problems in the future.

One of the most professional companies we’ve dealt with in our 32 years of marriage. Our air conditioner was not working. After a previous company misdiagnosis of our system, 7 cities came and properly diagnosed the problem on Friday August 26, 2022. They worked diligently with our home warranty company AHS to order parts to repair our unit prior to a busy Labor Day weekend.Great customer service,great value, superb professionalism, and very responsive.This company will always prosper because they exude qualities in today’s society that are becoming extinct. 7 cities are my new go to company regarding any HVAC issues going forward. An absolute caring and very knowledgeable company.
Was on time. Called 20-30 minutes before arrival as requested. Informed me that previous repair estimate from another company was wrong and they were just trying to sell me unnecessary items.
After 5 other HVAC contractors that were not skilled or inept with zoned systems, Vinson quickly and properly assessed the issue. He replaced the zone dampers and quality checked everything and now the system is back to full operation. Am very pleased!
