Dave Temple from Temple Heating and Air was a amazing! He came out for an A/C system check when it was going to be REALLY warm out for my family at home with a young baby in the house. He quickly not only identified that the A/C unit was completely non-functional and offered to come back as soon as possible to replace it, but he also identified an electrical hazard, and offered to service our gas log fireplace that needed work. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, even when dealing with a difficult owner and rude property manager. If you have any heat or A/C needs, CALL DAVE!!
great customer service. great service. priced fairly. Dave came out gave me a quote for my hvac replacement and had affordable solutions. a year later, had him come quote a tankless water heater. by far best price with quality tankless system. cant say enough good things. will be using for all my hvac and water heater needs.
So I have had one dealing with this company. My girlfriends land lord hired them to come find out what is wrong with the heat. She has been going on 3 nights and no heat. The lady who answered the phone for the business has no clue what’s going in. She can give NO straight answers. All she says is well I know there is other work orders ahead of yours. When we asked them why has no one reached out to inform us of this. Once again she has no answer. She then says she will call the technician for an estimated time and will call us back. Well. I surprise here, she NEVER called back. Very unprofessional, and they need someone to answer the Lynne who actually know answers or how to the answers. Not just leave a freezing person hanging in the wind. Thanks for the no show Temple!!! AVOID THIS PLACE

Left a leak when they installed my unit less than three years ago, which I had to pay to have brazed properly and freon added. Now they just replaced my compressor that failed, again less than three years old, charged me 4 hours when the tech was there for less than two. $740 for a part that's under warranty, and they won't respond to my message questioning their charges.
Dave and his crew set me up with a brand new heat pump and air handler. Everyone working on this was professional, friendly, and courteous. They didn't leave until everything was double-checked and working 100%. Best pricing out of 3 other companies in the Hampton Roads area. I highly recommend and couldn't be happier with the new unit!
David drove all the way to South Mills, NC and was able to fix it within 1 hour of our call. They were busy but still managed to fit us in. Thank you so much! Very fast and reasonable prices!
