Matthew was very knowledgeable about what system to use for replacing our 34yr old HVAC unit. Install team (Hamilton plus two other techs) were professional, accommodating, and answered all my questions.

Doug came out and replaced my HVAC. It was less than a week from the estimate appointment to the installation. He was really nice and professional and took his time to get the job done right on my 100 year old house. Definitely recommend to anyone needing HVAC services!

Extremely happy with this company! My package unit was old, on its last leg, and had been failing, and needed repairs, every winter for the past few years and finally died, this fall. The idea of replacing it was quite frankly scary as I know nothing about this stuff and have heard horror stories from many people over the years. I called several companies before i found this one and no one seemed to care as they were too busy i guess or they simply didn't answer and never called me back. When i called, Ashley the office manager was super friendly, and professional. She took the time to educate me on my system and what the work would entail. She took the time to answer all of my many questions, and didn't make me feel dumb for asking them. I requested an estimate asap and they came out the next day. The price was extremely competitive according to what I found online so still a bit nervous I said ok. I'm so glad I did! Again the office staff was awesome. They took my payment and had the new unit ordered by end of day. With supply chains being a little slow, the unit took a week to arrive, but was installed and completed within a few days. I was kept in the loop the whole time. The owner himself came out on a Saturday and installed the unit himself to get my heat back before the next cold snap. I couldn't believe it. I have delt with many companies over the years for many things, but have never had a company go the extra mile the way they did for me, and my family. The new unit looks great! The house is toasty and I don't have to fear the next winter storm. They are professional. They are extremely knowledgeable. They are fast! They are fairly priced. They care about what they do. I hope they are around a long long time.

Called company for A/C failure during summer heatwave. They were here within 24 hours on a Sunday! Doug was prompt, professional and proficient. He fixed out heat pump and then did a very thorough exam of our system and educated us on system maintenance. I will now use quality contracting inc. For all my HVAC needs.
So glad I went with this company! Matt was such an awesome, professional guy. Very knowledgeable and didn't mind talking us through the process and explaining each step of the way. Got me scheduled same day on a Saturday when my house was 85° with two kids and I can't even begin to express how grateful I am of that. I had to have called 10-15 different companies and the response time of Quality Contracting was impeccable.and as a bonus I found out they also do boiler work(I have a gas water heater) AND they do electrical work. I mean really a one stop shop lol. Anyway, I love being able to fill out reviews like this where I just couldn't have asked for better service!!! Thank you guys so much again! Oh yeah and the lady that answers the phone (didn't get her name), she really isjust the nicest person! 🤗
