Unbelievable service and honest business practices. My 2nd floor AC went out and I called Keith’s based on reviews. I was sincerely impressed. Keith and his team were nothing short of great! Our entire HVAC system went out and Keith was referred to me by one of my co-workers. I reached out to Keith and within 24 hours he was at our house looking at our unit where other contractors I reached out to did not get back in contact with me for longer than 24 hours. Keith also used a superior HVAC system in comparison to the competition. Not only was Keith and his team on time, they were very professional, and worked overtime to make sure the job was done right. Keith was also gave us an honest opinion about a service for our AC that ultimately saved us $500. We recommend him to everyone will be utilizing Keith and his services moving forward!
I had 2 a/c units go down over the weekend. I got an honest answer about the work load that they had lined up for Monday but they said they would try to squeeze me in to at least check on the issues I was having and work may not be able to be done on Tuesday. With the crazy heat I was expecting that. Well by 12:30 Keith was at my house with an installer and a young man in training. They figured out the problems and replaced 3 parts ( between 2 units) and now I have A/C again. The service was prompt, honest, professional and a fair price as well. I now know who to call for my A/C or heat issues. Thanks to the young man for learning a trade...we need people who know how to fix things and Keith, thanks to you and your crew for fast, friendly service while training someone in this heat.
Have used Keith and company for two water heater replacements and most recently, installing a new heating and air conditioning system. Complete and professional job done by all.
Keith and Company did a wonderful job. They came promptly and charged a reasonable price for the services. I would recommend anybody who needs heating and air to call these guys.
Keith and his team were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and extremely fair in the services they performed. Keith went out of his way in diagnosing the issue so that when he returned to do the repair he had everything he needed and did not do work that was unnecessary. I had a bad gas valve and ignition switch. They diagnosed the issue, got the parts and had me up and running in less than 24 hours. If you want a good job from nice guys, call Keith.
