No AC upstairs on a Friday evening before a very important family visit. Simmons (Kevin Douglas) came through in a big way and we were up and running about two hours after I realized it which was about 6 PM. Very happy I am a Simmons customer today. Thanks!
Joe Lucas serviced our HVAC system with great professionalism. He was on time, polite, professional, and informative. Joe took the time to explain our options for the present and the future. I highly recommend Joe’s service and would definitely do business with him again.
Tremendous service and support. I contacted the office to schedule a trouble call. The scheduler was accommodating, provided the earliest possible time slot her schedule would allow and promised to reach out if any cancellations occurred. I received a call the following morning that an earlier appointment was available. On the day the service call was scheduled I received a text 30 minutes prior to the technician’s arrival advising me that Glenn was on his way. Glenn has provided service at our address and every time he is prompt, courteous and reliable. He set straight to work, diagnosed our problem and implemented the repair immediately. Thanks Simmons!!
Had them come out to service mini splits after another company I was not satisfied with came. Fortunately Simmons was 1000x better. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, just did a great job overall. Didn't charge me to just show up but instead waiting until the job is actually done.
This business is the one I will use to replace the other. They were professional, on time and completely honest. They are reasonably priced. I respect honesty and that is what this company values.

Outstanding local Heating and Cooling company. Kevin Douglas our technician was polite, professional and all around good person! Clean and tidy with all the workspaces. He was invested in the home as if it were his own. From my perspective they take care of their teammates too, which is one of the most important things for me when choosing a company. Our AC stopped working on a weekend and I was able to set up an appointment within 24 hours. Jason came and quickly determined the problem and fixed the system. He is very friendly and professional and we are doing additional work with them. Simmons is a preferred HVAC company in my neighborhood and we made the right choice by contacting them.

Kevin, our service guy, showed up on time, booties on, greeted us and chatted a bit to see if we had any issues/questions. He got right to work and assured us afterwards everything was fine and in good working condition. A+ in my book..We've dealt with Simmons for about 20 years or so and don't see any reason for change.
