John arrived early. We appreciated that. He exhibited professionalism, concern and understanding while dealing with these 2 retirees. My lovely wife had questions that John thoughtfully answered to the best of his ability. I appreciated that. He checked our units outside and in the attic before making any determinations.He made us comfortable while conversing. He replaced both our problem thermostats with new ones that were simpler to use. "We are simpler folks". My wife and I would definitely utilize his company again as well for a maintenance contract too. We would unquestionably refer Shaffer to our friends.Thanks.

Did not complete all the work needed. Left hole in duct work(not vent pipe) and advised to put foil tape on it myself. Refused to look at the entire Hvac system and duck work connected to it.
