I was truly impressed with the timeliness of their response. Joe helped me with an appointment the very next morning. The technician, Chance, was personable, professional and courtesy. The minor repair needed that had a great impact on my family was quickly diagnosed and resolved. I will recommend Sawyers to anyone needing HVAC assistance. Thank you so much.
Our furnace blower motor went out Christmas Eve day and it was extremely cold outside and in our house. Sawyer's was the only company that answered their phone and Joe came out the same day to diagnose. It took a couple days to get a new furnace but they installed it as soon as it arrived. They showed up with a trailer to haul off our old furnace. 5 months later and everything is working great and the AC is working great with the new install too. Really appreciate the help while we were in a bad spot right at Christmas.

Employees have attitudes
The gentleman that showed to my elderly neighbors was found sitting Indian style on her floor in her bedroom laughing and exhibiting weird behavior then charged 800 for not really sure what and told her he had to eat too when she asked what was done and if problem was fixed. Weird all the way around however we called another company and found the problem choose to go with a new system and they were honest up front and took the proper steps to make sure she understood.
My AC was acting up and not blowing out cool air. I had the pleasure in working with this company to resolve and a technician named 'Chance' came by to assist. After evaluation, I was told it was simply low on freon. Chance took care of it quickly. Fast and friendly and great communication. Highly recommend.

Contacted Sawyer Heating and Air conditioning that my Condenser was not running properly, and the response I received was was immediate! The technician was onsite within a few hours and the the issue was rectified with my A/C unit running properly! Highly recommend Sawyers heating and air conditioning and will use this company in all further needs.
Absolutely thrilled with our experience. Our air conditioning failed on a Saturday and they were the only ones that would come out the same day. Problem fixed and the trust I have in this company is priceless .

Joe and his team went above and beyond for us in replacing a faulty HVAC unit and realigning our other unit which had become un-level. Joe was amazing. Another company had projected a repair bill of several thousand dolly. Joe did an inspection and found the system was likely tampered with and fixed it in 20 minutes for just the cause of a service call.
Couldn't have had better service. More businesses in hampton rds could learn a thing or two.
