Chris Waller, the initial technician I had contact with, and Yeti and Tadd, the installers of my system, were all awesome! They were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The response time to get my new system was very quick and it is working great. They did a very neat job on the installation. Highly recommended!
Recently had a complete replacement of my HVAC system. Chose Russell’s because we had used them before and they were the only ones that could do the job within the next couple of days. All others were further out. Not sure of the names of the technicians that came but they were wonderful. Worked for over 12 hours in 98 degree temperature. Way hotter in the attic. They were courteous and was sure to answer all my questions. Brad the sales guy was awesome as well. Most likely paid a little more for my system than my research showed of other companies, but it was well worth the satisfaction.

I usually don't write reviews but I must take the time to thank the office staff and especially the tech for their outstanding service and quick response to my recent plumbing emergency. To be honest, I was really surprised by the quick response and quality work. Thank you for that!
The men were very nice, took caution to keep my home clean. Worked from 9am-10pm to get the job completed in one day! Prompt and fast turn around from signing paperwork to the replacement and install. 10 of of 10 would recommend.
My AC unit broke & called to schedule. I was able to get a technician out within 24 hours. The technician, Chance was extremely through. Brought me along with him so that he could explain what was happening and fully explained all of my options!
I had 4 inches of water in my laundry rm. I have their plumbing contract and when I called at 430 for emergency service I was told sorry I'll put you on our list we don't have anyone to serve you . We are booked. I called precision and had a tech here in 30 min ! Guess who gets my future business?!!!!
Our technician was great. (Charles O) Customer service from the office was great as well. Our tech showed up on time, was quick and willing to answer any questions.
The team of Shawn, Nick, Andrew & Tia that performed my installation for heat pump system and duct work were outstanding. They were courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable about the project. I highly recommend this business.
Alex did a fantastic job following up on some previous work that had been done. He corrected the things that were wrong and went beyond that to ensure things that should have been done was completed.
UPDATE: 2 years later and the system was not working. I called yesterday, and was told a technician would call me to set up an appointment. They left a voicemail, so I called the number and was once again told I would get a call. I didn’t. Called today and was told same thing. I didn’t get a call. Called One Hour and had a technician out to my house to fix my system. ONE HOUR HEATING AND COOLING was on point. They did what Russell’s couldn’t, and that was send someone to my house. I thought when they got my system installed 2 years ago I would stick with them. They let me and my family down this weekend. After telling them I have a 1 year old daughter and needed it fixes asap, I would have gotten a call for appointment. But Russell’s decided my family wasn’t worth the service. Russell’s is garbage, and I will be recommending people not go with them. Which is bad, cause I have been recommending them for 2 years. I am also removing my 5 star and turning it to a 1 star for the reasons above and the slap in the face they did to me.
Let me tell you. These guys are super awesome. I'm so happy that I were referred to them. The crew did a stand-up job. I highly recommend this company when it comes to your hvac system.

Alex was very professional, knowledgeable and informative about the service that I'm interested in having done. He answered my questions. He eased my mind about my gas line and fireplace.

The 5 star rating is for the service that received from their technician Dean ! He truly went beyond the call of duty. He took his time after he completed the task he checkered & rechecked to make sure we wouldn’t have any more problems with our AC system after he was gone. He’s such a humble guy to be so through in his job. Thanks again Dean you the man !!
My AC went out over the holiday weekend so I called Russell's. Ended up being a user error. The technician could have easily not told me and still performed the services quoted. Instead he told me where the error was and didn't charge me anything. I ended up signing up for the maintenance package because of his honesty. Thank you for saving me 2k and thank you for being honest. We will continue to use your company in the future!
The installation team did an excellent job installing and explaining the new heating/ac system.
