Awesome service from James! A/C had been out for three days and our builder’s company couldn’t respond but they gave me James’s cell number and he came out at 8:30 in the dark to try to fix or diagnose the problem! He figured it out in minutes but needed to get a service Board to repair. He followed up first thing in the morning and gave me a price and told me he could be there within an hour to install! He did and repaired our unit in less than an hour!! James and the company phone contact were professional and caring. I will be using them exclusively for any future requirements and will recommend them to friends and family!! Thanks again James and Styron! A job well done 👏👏👏
If I could leave ten stars, I would! Classic no cold air, Marvin wasted no time and focused on the most likely (and what was) the problem. Pointed out potential problem areas in the future, and no hard sell. Totally satisfied with the repair cost, very reasonable for the fast response. Highly recommended.
After 1 hour comfort left me with a blown AC and told me they’ll be back in a week to give me a second opinion I got lucky. Marvin was working next door with comfort counts. I asked if he could take a look at my unit. It was 5 o’clock in the afternoon and he had every right to say call the number and make an appointment. To my surprise Marvin said let me take a look. He diagnosed the problem In 5 minutes. The other company was here on the phone with tech support for 5 hours. I would of been happy with just this but then Marvin went above and beyond and checked if my unit still had any warranty left. It turns out it did. He returned two days later on a handshake with the part and had my ac working in an hour. I can’t express how truly thankful I am for Marvin and comfort counts. I have no doubt 1 hour heating and cooling was gearing up for an entire unit sales pitch and I was desperate in a heat wave with no AC and probably would of fallen for it. THANK YOU
UPDATE: June 2023, called RA Styron for the third time. The office guy was professional and understanding. The technician was at the house just after lunch and got the a/c up and running. Nothing but positive things to say. I will be using them to replace my unit this Fall. Awesome company! May 2022: This is the second time I’ve had an emergent a/c problem and RA Styron responded on the same day. The technician was prompt and efficient. In both cases they resolved the problem within hours of the call. Incredible service. Cost was very reasonable. I strongly recommend this company without reservation. You won’t be disappointed.
The Tech that came out was very knowledgeable about the gas pack that I have. Setting up an appointment was very easy, they came out within a reasonable amount of time. They are very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Marvin is excellent! He responded very quickly and showed up on time. We are very pleased with how knowledgeable and professional Marvin and the install team were. I'm writing as a New customer to R.A. Styron Heating and A/C. My technician that came out was named Marvin. He was Absolutely Awesome! he came right on time and serviced my Air Conditioning system. He was Friendly and Professional and he was a Wealth of knowledge in knowing about my system which is a Geo-Thermal heating and cooling system. I will definitely be calling on Marvin again to service my system. I cannot say enough about this man! Because my A/C system needed two different types of servicing, Marvin even pointed me in the right direction as to what I should do next! Again this man's service was second to none! AC went out when temps were over 100 this past summer. The rep came out that same day of my call, I knew this was the best company for my needs. They were here on the second day with AC/Heating/Ducts. It was a full day's work for the crew. They were extremely courteous and did a wonderful job. Mr. Styron was most understanding when unexpectantly the funds took a few days to arrive. I must say I am impressed with this company AND have benefitted with a much lower electric and gas bill! I am now on a yearly maintenance program with Styron.. You need to call them. Thank you Mr. Styron!

The most amazing company I’ve worked with in my time here. Our heat went out last night they got here early the next morning found the problem and fixed it right away! Nothing but polite and professional the entire time. I could not have asked for a better company to work with.
Our Heating and Air gas pack unit went out yesterday morning. I was extremely concerned because I could smell an intense burning smell and thought our home was on fire. I had another company come out and look everything over and they stated the unit should be replaced and gave me a quote. I decided to get a second opinion and after 5pm on a Tuesday I called RA Styron based on a friends recommendation. The on-call tech immediately gave my information to Ralph who decided he would come immediately to look things over and give me a quote (he was here way past normal business hours). He was concerned about my family and the freezing temps headed our way. My husband and I felt like the company had great standards so we immediately made the decision to move forward. There was also a couple hundred dollar savings which was a bonus. Ralph sent an extremely professional and friendly team out the next morning and they arrived right on time at 9am and finished the job earlier than expected. The setup looks much nicer and we are 100% satisfied even considering we weren’t expecting to spend that kind of money right before Christmas. I will call these guys again.
