First, the oil was pumped 60 gallons over, which I ended up paying for rather than have them pump it back out. Second, they refused to work on our heater because they said it was worked on before. It's over 60 years old, of course it's been worked on in the past.
They are always so nice and helpful and very polite and clean. My mom has dementia and they are great navigating it with me.
Excellent as always
Very unprofessional company. I did not use their services, but while they did work for my neighbor they blocked my home's driveway and used my yard as a staging area for their work. I called the company to request they have their employees move the truck. They basically told me to kick rocks.
i am very happy with the tech that came out to get our heating system up and runninig.such a professional,caring man(David) Thank God he was sympathetic to our situation,he did not leave us without knowing.Again,we thank you for your thoughtfulness..God bless and merry Christmas to the Pallett Family
They came out to do an estimate for some work. Said he needed to talk it over with someone at the office and would get back to us in a few days. That was over two weeks ago. If they didn’t want the job the decent thing would be to return a call and at least admit it. Don’t waste your time, or rather don’t let them waste yours. I took off work to meet them because I don’t work from home.
My parents have been using Pallett for many many years. This company goes over and beyond to help their clients! Technician David is very professional, explains everything on a level I can understand and he always goes the extra mile. Cindy from the office is awesome! Very professional, caring and kind. I've spoke to Gary many times and he has always been very helpful. I would highly recommend Pallett Heating & Cooling! If there were 10 stars I would give them 10!
We’ve dealt with Pallett for many years. All of their technicians have been great, but David is OUTSTANDING! He came recently to do our yearly A/C checkup. He was so knowledgeable, friendly and very thorough. He explained everything he was doing, and in a manner that the everyday person can understand. Professionalism at its best!!!
We have been dealing with Pallett for years, and they are a wonderful company! Cindy handles service call scheduling and keeps us informed of the status of our appointments. Bill is an experienced service technician who took time to explain how our furnace works. David recently performed a tune-up of our system, but before leaving he noticed a problem with the burner motor. He promptly replaced the motor, and now our furnace runs quieter than it has in years! Thank you, David!!

I have been using Pallett for 12 years and I just had the best experience of my history with them today. He was able to figure out what was going on with my heating system. He came on Super Bowl Sunday with a smile on his face and such a respectful demeanor. He answered all of my questions and more. He stayed for several hours after I had to leave and he cleaned and serviced so that my house could be ready for sale. He is professional respectful kind considerate punctual and meticulous with his work ethic. What a gem and what a relief to have him come help me out today. He took all my worries away and allowed me to relax because I knew I was in good hands.Great job Pallett on having such a super fantastic human being and worker.

Pallett has delivered my oil for years. I never thought about calling them for service. Big mistake on my part. They came out today and serviced and cleaned My boiler. He also checked my heat pump system. He cleaned it and made recommendations for several repairs. I felt comfortable and at ease with the repair man. They are an honest company. I will never have service done by another company for my boiler or my HVAC system. They have my highest recommendation.
David the technician was outstanding a total professional. He was on time, demonstrated and explained how to troubleshooting my furnace to locate source of failure. I highly recommend to anyone Pallett Heating & Cooling for all AC/HVAC needs.

Always courteous and timely. I have been with them for 7+ years and know I can depend on them. My oil furnace is the heart of my house. Highly recommend them!!
I’m updating my review and adding a few stars. Previously, Pallet charged us for a service that should have been covered under our service plan. After calling, emailing, and writing a negative review, I finally received an email assuring me that the charges would be removed from our account. I’m grateful for the response and hope our experience with this company will be better from now on. As far as their oil refilling services go, they are easy to order from and timely with their delivery.
Although I hate oil heating there guy are ok. I cannot complain about their service.
