Upstairs AC filled up the overflow pan. Called Miller’s to help diagnose and fix the problem. Taron and Mike came out and worked through the heat inside and put to get everything working again. The scheduling staff were kind and communicative. Definitely recommend. They lived up to their ads.
Over priced bid Wanted me to replace whole system It turns out it was electrical problem and we were covered. Wanted me to pay 20k for one area. Our daughter couldn't believe it. She works in commercial HVAc and it isn't that much for whole building.

Miller's was outstanding. I had a new furnace put in to replace a 35-year-old unit and I had a new AC put in to replace a 15-year-old unit. George was great,he came out on Sunday 6/18/23, and gave a very clear concise estimate.He was very professional,courteous,respectful and quite informative. Anthony and Jau arrived Wednesday morning 6/21/23 to install the units,I was told it would be a two-day job. Words cannot adequately describe or express my overall satisfaction with the two young men who came to do the installation. I am very particular about my home and the contents of it,once I explained that to the installers they went above and beyond to accommodate my concerns and adhere to my instructions.They were professional,considerate, understanding and just overall amazing in the way they performed their duties when installing the equipment,keep in mind it rained off and on for the two days that they were here and when they left it was as if they had never been in my home nothing was Disturbed or out of place. I merely had to put back the things I had moved in order for them to be able to do their job without any obstructions upon the completion of the install. Anthony and Jay went above and beyond to make sure I was very well satisfied with everything that they did, if I could give these two guys 10✨ Stars, I would because in my personal opinion Miller needs to do whatever they have to to keep them employed. They are not expendable!!! I've lived in my home for 25 years,I've had many people come in and out to do different work and make different installations and Anthony and Jau were by far the best installers I have ever had the privilege of having in my home,they were awesome!!!!! I highly recommend Miller's if you want the job done right.
Miller's Heating and Air Conditioning has great customer service. My technician, Tim Hounshell, was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process of my service. I was very pleased and look forward to using Miller's in the future.

Before arriving, Dylan (Lead) called to inform me that two other workers will be joining him on my HVAC work. At 9 AM, Dylan, Dylan, and Will arrived ready to work. The guys keep be updated with the progress of the work, asked in advance before using anything, cleaned up after completing the HVAC work, and ensured that the completed work was IAW with my contract. Each (Dylan, Dylan, and Will) are very professional and respectful. Before departing, Dylan answered my questions. I recommend entrusting your HVAC needs with Millers Heating and Air Conditioning.
We had Miller's to install a new AC unit in and outside this past week. The installers (Conner and Bradley) were very nice and professional. They cleaned up afterwards . Excellent job.

It is hard to find trust the advertising commercials that companies put out boasting about how good they are. So when Logan showed up to service my HVAC unit, I was eager to see if Miller Home Comforts sent me a service technician or a sale representative disguised as a service technician. I am pleased to know that Logan was a bonified service technician that had a clear understanding of of the job he was hired to perform. Logan was polite, tidy, and professional. I have to mention that I was truly impressed with how Miller Home Comfort Inc technicians keep their vehicles equipped with parts complete some minor repairs. I would easily recommend Miller Home Comfort to anyone.
Tim was courteous, professional, and great with the dogs. He clearly explained the issue with the wiring that was causing the A/C issue and fixed it quickly.

Tim was AMAZING! Very professional, kind, helpful, informative, and most of all HONEST! My husband and I can not be happier with him and the entire experience we had with Millers. I loved that he gave honest updates about our home system and did not try to sell us things we did not need. We are still having someone come out to give us an estimate since our system is so old, but that was our choice! We are extremely pleased and grateful for the service we received today!!!
Been dealing with Miller for 20 years, always been given chance to understand what it will take for repairs, and sometimes alternative repairs. Most recent PM for A/C use, a Technician with complete knowledge of my system, and went through the whole system looking for parts that show wear and tear on the parts, and discussed all alternative's, and handled it in the upmost professional way.
Tween and Mike we excellent. Miller kept me well in formed the day before and the day of the work. I am glad I choose them to do the maintenance I needed in my HVAC system.
