Hobbs Mechanical saved our Christmas! The night of the 23rd our heat went out and we just knew we wouldn't find anyone who would come out on Christmas Eve. Not only did Hobbs answer the phone but they came and diagnosed our problem, were able to get parts and get our heat back on just in time for family to start arriving! Dillon was so awesome, he fixed our unit and didn't leave until he was sure it was working as expected. Thank you for the rescue!!
Tech said AC unit needed new capacitor, then that fix didn't matter bc the compressor was dead and basically it's more cost effective to get a new unit..... had trouble finding a decent new unit. I had another company come out to see what was wrong and it was just the capacitor that needed to be replaced. Glad I called for a second opinion so thousands of dollars were not wasted!
Great customer service provided by mechanic - thorough and aimed to please to make sure when he left, system was working properly. Highly recommending this mechanic and this company.

So happy with the service we received from Hobbs! I called first thing in the morning to tell them we found out our AC was not working properly last night when it was over 90°! Sleeping was uncomfortable to say the least. Abby in the office was super helpful and saw the severity of the situation with two more 90° days in the forecast and moved schedules around to get a tech out to us in just a few hours. Chuck was on time, friendly, and shared his snack with our dog who would not stop following him around!! 10/10 would recommend Hobbs Mechanical.
The Hobbs Mechanical team professionally installed our new HVAC system and had to handle a difficult situation with our low attic roof. They came through and the new system works like a charm! We'll recommend Hobbs Mechanical to anyone who wants our advice!
I love Hobbs! They are always on time! Very efficient! They have experts in so many different things! Sydney is our Favorite, always has a smile on his face and is so patient when the kids ask questions(me too). If you have a mechanical, electrical, (in our case faulty dryer ground). They will be there for you!

My furnace suddenly shut off. Went on line to check local HVAC contractors and found Hobbs Mechanical’s website. Checked out the numerous reviews and was highly satisfied with all of the positive comments. Called them and they sent a technician out to my house the same day. Kevin was highly knowledgeable and motivated and explained what issues affected my heating plant. He got it running and serviced the unit. He made sure that everything was running fine before departing. Great people skills and communication skills. Also thanks to Michelle for her help and courteous attitude setting an appointment for repairs to my unit.
I can’t say enough about this company from the receptionist to the owner, their employees are fabulous. We had them install a new system, from the quote to install our experience was a pleasure. The technicians were honest, knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends. You won’t be disappointed.
I do not recommend. They do not show up and preform the services as promised. Lack of training on thier part cost us a wasted day on getting our system serviced. *Edit. That is a completely false statement. I would have be happy to pay said fee. I did question it because the diagnosis had already been preformed by your technician the night prior. But was happy to pay it to get the service as promised. What your technician promised us he was going to do and what your office staff told us would actually happen were two totally different things. Thus we had to start all over with finding another service provider. If your technicians are not authorized to promise services they shouldn't convey that to the customer. That is where we feel the lack of training applies. The owner calling asking for me to please remove the review after admitting a mistake was made and not offering a solution only adds to the fact I would stay away from this company. He seems to only care about the review and not the actual customer and/or problem.
Great service
I had Hobbs Mechanical rip out all of my existing old HVAC. The previous owner added AC to a heat only system. No wonder the house never cooled. Within just a few days I was back up and running. Out with the old and in with the new efficient system. My house is now an igloo and I love it. Thanks to Jeff, Tyler, Abby, Brian and Kyle for great service. Great products. Great customer service!
Overall our experience was great! We had a few minor hiccups but all was resolved! We replaced our entire inside and outside unit and moved the electrical outside. We chose Hobbs Mechanical because they came highly recommended and because in a time such as this small home town businesses need our support to help them keep their businesses going! I’m so satisfied with our new system!! Thank you Jeff Hobbs and the entire crew!!
Replaced our HVAC in zone 3 and Hobbs Mechanical did an outstanding job. They also worked the numbers a bit to save me a few bucks. I will use them in the future for sure!
