Gene and the office team, were able to respond quickly. Gene did a great job trouble shooting the problem. And went the extra step to educate me on the manual dampers in a very hot attic. He was great, double his pay. I will definitely call them again.
Terrible company. Very unprofessional and rude while talking on the phone. Kary or Terry, some lady starting yelling and demanding things because she was ready to get off the phone. She stated it was 5 oclock and I ready to get off! Very rude company and on top of that they didnt even fix the issue that was at my house! Would not recommend to anyone! If your home warranty tries to give you Cutting Edge, tell them NO ASAP!!!
Mandy at Cutting Edge assisted me with an issue that I had with scheduling. She was calm and helpful even though I was totally frustrated due to not having working ac since June 12th. Although she had to reschedule me until next week due to a technician calling in sick, she was apologetic and helpful. This evening, a representative from the company contacted me to fit me in the schedule for tomorrow. I am more than appreciative that this company will rectify a situation and try their best to make things right. This is the type of service that keeps customers wanting to spend their hard earned money with companies like Cutting Edge. After a frustrating morning dealing with warranty companies, cancelled appointments, and still no relief from the heat, I felt seen and heard today. I appreciated that. Because of their willingness to rectify this matter in a timely manner and listen to their customers , I highly recommend their service.

Cutting Edge Total Comfort, I have used their company twice and they are very professional with getting the job done. Steve came out to my house yesterday and he was honest and straight to the point about what needed to be done when fixing my A/C unit. He was a pleasure to work with and I will be using again as well as recommending this company to others.

Service: HVAC duct & vent repair Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness This is my 2nd review of this company for additional work done to my HVAC duct work. Technicians BT and Adam were sent this time, they were here when they said they would be, they were very professional and explained to me the process for repairs to my duct work. My house is low to the ground but they did not complain and got right to work. They were able to get the work done and the air flow of my a/c was tested. The only thing good about our Homeowner Warranty is that they introduced us to this company. Steve M. came out and fixed our A/C right away. We had air in no time! I know exactly who to call in the future. Good service is hard to find and you cannot go wrong with this company!

Well last year, I was dealing with this company as a policyholder for American home shield. Overall the total experience was a nightmare. Talking with Mandy at Cutting- I left American home shield. It went with it better company Mandy on both situations took care of me. Total empathy. I requested this company to do the service because of Mandy. The tech that was sent out to troubleshoot was named Becca. She is awesome. I recommend this company, but not American home shield.
Adam was great and very knowledgeable. During his inspections he had digital ouctures and good suggestions for all if my questions. I will be using them again!
