They sent out a team-a professional electrician that had physical limitations and a young helper-the company charged by the hour which was stated up front-however-the team took a “pause” (break) in the truck and I feel that the time could have been shortened if the professional could have gotten on a ladder and done the work himself -yet we were charged for all the time they were here

We have used Ampmor for over 15 years. Having their annual service plan has been the best decision. They find and fix minor issue before they become big problems and are very responsive when you need them. Highly recommend!!

I made a phone call this morning and a technician was at my house under two hours time. He had my HVAC unit working in no time. I give them 100 stars ⭐️. Inside my house was close to 100 degrees.
They identified the problem with in a few minutes and fixed it immediately. Very professional and one time.
Robert went above and beyond by digging out around the air conditioner wher the pad had sunk at least 3-4 inches!

Tony continues to be very professional in nature. The company is very responsive and tends to your needs in a cordial fashion and has well-mannered employees! He solved our AC problem on June 23, 2023 and everything is nice and cool during the day and night. Today, June 30, 2023, Tony found that our dryer vent was clogged with the pink insulation material, not from our clothes lint. He also fixed the flaps of the vent that was not working. Imaging he had to be on a ladder on a roof. He went beyond and above.

You need to clone Rob Taylor. He is definitely 10/5. Ampmor the company? Not so much. Steve Slider came out previously for my spring maintenance. He asked questions nobody else had ever asked which I thought was strange. I then listed what needed to be done. He was in and out in a fraction of the time it took previous techs which surprised me. He confirmed that yes, everything was done so I just assumed he was a fast worker. WRONG. And now I find he no longer works there. I called to cancel my plan for 3 reasons. Except for Rob Taylor, I no longer have much confidence in your revolving door techs. My <10-yr old system always seems to need some kind of expensive repair with each visit. Adjusting my dampers, previously part of the maintenance, will now be an additional charge of $90/visit - a 75% increase for a 5-minute task. When I tried to cancel my plan, the person I spoke to (Kelsey?) wasn't in the least bit interested in knowing why. The only response I received when I tried to tell her about Steve was 'Well, he no longer works here.' which very definitely validated my suspicions. I also requested for Rob Taylor and ONLY Rob for my fall maintenance. She said she would make a note of it but there was no guarantee that he would be available. Even if I make the appointment NOW? Ridiculous ...
