Got my AC repaired! The company was fantastic, very efficient, helped me out in a jam when my AC was out during the hottest day so far! Joseph, Glenn and Datswan were awesome!!!
This is my second call with Air Handlers, the first one being a few years back. They were a great experience back then and were a great help this year. It’s hard to find people to help when you are having problems sometimes, but if you are having problems with your heating and cooling it makes it more urgent. I called Air Handlers and was on the phone with someone right away! They dispatched a technician and I received a callback within 15 minutes! They diagnosed and fixed the problem within an hour! I wouldn’t expect this every time from any company, however it says a lot about a company that works that fast when they can. Jake was very courteous also and was great to work with. I’m going to contact them for all of my heating and cooling needs and will recommend them to everyone I know that needs help.
Great customer service and asked if I had any questions. Told me what they did for the maintenance of my system and provided emailed receipt and invoice. Very polite
Cody, Datwan, and Jackson worked hard to complete the job in the stated time frame . They were professional, responsive to my questions, and left the work area clean and orderly. A special thanks to Josh and Cody for seeing the job through to the end.
I have been using this company for years. Reliable, respectful and responsive. Today had Cody and Datwan for seasonal maintenance. Very friendless and helpful. Over the years they have replaced both my units.

Air handlers might seem to be just the neighborhood air conditioning guys, but it’s a rare occurrence when somebody can come in my house for routine maintenance and let me know that not only is there is nothing wrong with the system, but gave me tips as a help better regulate the flow of temperature throughout the house being three stories. After foregoing the opportunity to sell me something that I probably didn’t need, he showed me some aspects of my system. I was unaware of if you’ve had trouble with your unit in the past and I’m tired in the runaround. These guys are your answers. The tech that arrived was not only professional and polite, but the multiple large dogs I have in the house didn’t faze him either. I will gladly be continuing my service with this company on the sole basis of this representative and the companies, ability and commitment to actually repairing a unit instead of making a cheap dollar. I will be calling him again for literally all of my air-conditioning needs. And I’m not sure if this needs to be clarified for any sort of management or metric system that are looking at this note, I have never met this young gentleman before. If you have half a mind, you will not only cement his job in your company but you allow him to branch off and grow with your company.
My technician was on time and professional. He was able to service my HVAC unit efficiently. He was clear and concise with his recommendations and advice for further care of my system. I would use Air Handlers again for my HVAC needs.

Best in the business. Always professional, honest and personable. Glen confirmed our system, which was installed by them, was in good working order and ready for the summer heat. Wouldn't even consider calling anyone else concerning our A/C system.
Professional and timely. My maintenance plan comes in handy as they catch things as a system gets older to keep it running. New install of condenser and heating coil by Cody, Datwan and Jackson went smoothly.

Deserves six stars or more! Since we switched to Air Handlers Heating and Cooling for our home almost five years ago we haven't had a single problem. The technicians are knowledgeable professionals, the communication is timely and accurate, and the business is family owned so none of the ridiculous corporate up-selling or fine print modifiers on their service agreements. Honest, hardworking folks that work to their word. Office staff and field techs are always in synch; never had to explain a situation twice & they've always answered service calls in LESS time than advertised. Old fashioned customer service with 21st century technology. Worth a look if u own a place in Tidewater!

Very professional service call! The team used boot covers to keep the house clean. When they left they carefully closed the yard gate to keep our dogs inside the backyard. They explained every potential issue without a hard sell to replace system elements immediately. They were neat, careful, and thorough.
