Mr Sears has been taking care of my old system for years. Always very professional and knowledgeable. He replaced my system this year and it went flawlessly. I highly recommend A1AC for any and all heating and air conditioning issues from annual maintenance to full system repairs
Mr. Herman arrived on time and very quickly diagnosed the problem. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He came out the next day and installed new parts and even came back later in the day when we were home to look in the garage because he just wasn’t quite satisfied. He again fixed the problem to our satisfaction. Our AC works better than it has ever worked before. I would recommend this company specifically Mr. Herman Sears to everyone needing HVAC repairs. After a few different companies told me I needed a new system Herman said let me give you another opinion before replacing the system, so he did his checks and found a bad connection which was causing the heat to come on with the already extreme conditions outside which caused the system to overheat and shutoff. He traced the issue to a bad thermostat and changed it out and after the 5 minute delay the system goes through the AC immediately came back on, so thanks to Herman he saved me thousands because he took his time to diagnose instead of just saying the usual you get from companies that you need a new unit. Thanks Herman definitely my AC person for life!!!!
Mr. Sears was extremely honest when dealing with the new house we purchased. Instead of making us pay for a new AC unit as other companies would have he increased the unit's fan speed to provide more air flow and provided service on the old unit which extended its life and saved us thousands. Thanks!
Mr Herman was prompt and efficient when called for a new HVAC estimate appointment. I am hoping the estimate is competitive so we can rely on Mr Herman for future services.

If you need HVAC services, I highly recommend Herman and A1 AC Heating Services. He diagnosed our problem, made the needed modifications and installations with efficiency, courteousness and promptness, and he explained the entire process and answered all of our questions. His concern and consideration for us was obvious. He truly provided us A1 service.

Herman was amazing if you are looking professionalism, integrity and honesty call Herman...I called to just get an estimate for a new unit because I was told by, supposedly a very “reputable” company in the area that I won’t mention the name, that I needed a new unit or circuit board for an astronomical price...instead of just trying to sell me a new unit Herman did a proper diagnostic and fixed my unit for a tiny fraction of what I was originally told..Call Herman you won’t be disappointed!!!!!!!
Working with this company restored my faith in common decency! They are building a company based on loyal and happy customers. I will never go to another company. Mr. Herman easily answered my questions without any hesitation for what I thought was a problem but but actually turned out to be nothing. I have lived in this area long enough to know that there are lots of people trying to make a quick buck. He didn’t even charge me the service call fee. Most of these companies would have sent someone who would come up with some small piece that they needed to replace and then they would have charged you an exorbitant fee. Out of the 15 service calls I have made in the last 10 year’s, Mr. Herman is the only name I remember. He makes you feel like family!
I called same day and Mr. Herman was at my home within 30 min. He is very thorough and made sure everything was working properly before he left. He even checked on us the next day. Awesome custom service
Go to this place over the other A1.. We spent $10,000 at the other A1 and they put the wrong size filter in. The wires werent properly done. This was done last summer and is already having problems. Tried to call to have them come out and they would not send anyone. Called this place here and they sent someone out immediately. They guy who came Herman Sears was very professional and knowledgeable. Let us know that our vents were blowing out 120 degree air. For now on we willbe using this place and telling every one about their great service!!! Not to mention there prices are way cheaper....Thankyou A1 for coming out on the weekend and helping us.
Herman is great at customer service. He always goes the extra mile. I'm glad I went with a1 heating and cooling!
Called them because they were closest. They called me back and said a tech would call me shortly. Never called. Next day called them and asked what happened? They supposedly passed the wrong phone number to the tech (excuse?). The tech finally calls and says he is on the way. 3 hours later he arrives. He walks up to the unit and starts removing screws that have nothing to do with the job I asked him to do (check for leaks, take a vacuum and fill with freon. After I show him the ports which are out in the open and visable he tells me he doesn't have the right connection. I told him to get off my property. NOTE: When I origannaly brought this unit on line a high school kid supervised by his AC teacher did the job without balking or asking a question.
We just moved into a new home and when we turned the AC on it smelled like burning. I actually called Herman on accident, but I am sure glad I did!! Herman came out the same day and confirmed our fan motor needed to be replaced. Herman contacted the manufacturer of our system and got our part under warranty. He was fast, efficient and accommodating to our schedule. Thank you Herman and A1 A/C and Heating!!
