The technician came out as scheduled and made quick work of the problem.
They cane the very next day. Fixed less than 48 hours after my call when other companies wanted me to wait a week without air before they would come out

Another company had performed substandard work which led to a disabled system and Tom’s came in and repaired/replaced to get system up to standard and functioning.
I used the “text” contact form on their website and they called me very promptly to set up a time to come look at my heating system that hadn’t been working for 24 hours. Within 30 minutes of that phone call I had two technicians in my house! They were very knowledgeable and did quick troubleshooting to find the cause of the problem. I am very, very happy with the service from Toms and would recommend them to anyone.
April 2021 purchase brand new Heat pump system from Tom's $7200.00 broke November 2022. Tom's came and fixed it then changed 200.00 to reset air handler controller Great Value If you want to feel RIPPED OFF do business with Tom's

They are friendly, professional, efficient and through. They tell me what they find and explain in terms I can understand. I am always pleasantly surprised at how good they are at cleaning up behind them, so I don't have to after they leave. I have completed confidence in their work.
