These guys are an absolute ripoff. For some reason our system has to run all day, every day in the summer and the temperature still rises inside the house by ten degrees even though the AC is running constantly. I finally had another company look at our system and it turns out that King's used a furnace that was too small for the house and then they also ran a trunk line even smaller than that, so the system they installed is only capable of pushing 60 percent of the air it's supposed to by code. We paid them to install a brand new system and now we have to pay a different company another 30,000 dollars to completely tear out a brand new duct and furnace system and redo the entire thing. Please save yourself a ton of money and headache and go with someone who will do it right the first time. Shame on this company for taking advantage of people who are expecting them to do their jobs up to code.
Dave is exceptional, knowledgeable, highly skilled, patient and a great communicator. He and his crew have a very strong work ethic. We have an addition that they installed HVAC for. Dave spent a lot of time with us in discussing different options and ideas. We appreciate his insight and recommendations. When it was time to do the install, he and his crew worked very hard to put in all the ducting, panels, furnace and gas line in a very timely manner. It is hard to find excellent, competent and honest workers these days. We highly recommend Kings Heating & Cooling and will use them in the future for any other needs. Thank you Dave!
