Our experience from reception, sales and installation was friendly and professional. The showroom was stocked with numerous options. Comfort Solutions has merchandise in stock so no wait time. From showroom to installation was less than a week. We were very pleased with Comfort Solutions and will definitely recommend to others.
Rory and Alec were here on time to replace our AC and furnace. Our thermostat also needed to be moved. They did a great job and didn't leave a lot of mess for me to clean up!
The crew at Comfort Solutions Heating & AC came in with a professional approach and inspected the furnace and air conditioner units quickly. He was excellent with his assessment and installation and I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking to upgrade and/or install a new unit. Their personal approach to the job at hand made this process help to make you feel like a person and not just some customer number associated with an invoice. Thanks again Mike Morton!!
Installed new gas fireplace. Love it. Clean, careful, and completely satisfied with the results. Just can't stop looking at the results.
Jason came out and fixed my AC. Jason has serviced our AC in the past. He did a great job both times. He explained what he was doing and why. I recommend these guys!
Ben and Alec were both very professional and technically savy. They installed a new furnace and heat pump to replace my failing 25 year old furnace/Ac unit. They had to overcome some wiring issues but seemed to go with the flow. They also answered my somewhat silly questions like true professionals. They both walked me through each step of what they were doing.
Jason repaired our gas fireplace. Jason is a terrific technician. Polite, intelligent, knowledgeable, skilled and pleasant. He did a great job. After we had other technicians work on it, and fail, Jason, and his expertise, was a delightful and reassuring experience. He's our guy from now on!!
A big shout-out to Kevin and Paul from the West Haven office. They installed two ductless gas fireplaces for us. They were efficient, courteous, and came back several times to address any concerns or issues we had. We will have them back!

Fireplace tune up. I was very dissatisfied with the first service call technician actually left and I had a gas leak. Comfort Solutions made it right! Sent new technician out ordered part came back replaced and cleaned the fireplace. Very satisfied with Shane’s work to fix the problem. Very pleased!
I have been a customer of Comfort Solutions since 2017. My furnace decided on the coldest day of the year to stop working. I cried tears of joy when the receptionist said they could send someone quick. The furnace wasn't looking good. A sales advisor also was quickly located and after one freezing night I was able to have a new amazing furnace installed. Juan and Talon were incredible. They worked fast and installed me a new furnace (a new AC). J.D. the sales advisor was helpful and answered all of my questions. We had some struggles with the thermostat not doing what it was supposed to and Kaylani in the office answered all my questions and helped me connect with the right people so that we could get it figured out. Although no one enjoys spending tons of money on new HVAC systems I would be much worse off if Comfort Solutions wasn't such a great company. Every technician I have had from them has been top notch. They treat my house like their own and the service they provide is exceptional. If you are considering them for services in your own home, have no fear. They will take care of you and they will make sure that whatever problems arise, they will make it right. I never want to sleep in 42 degree weather in my home again, and I know that with Comfort Solutions I don't have to. Thank you so much!
Our technician was Shane. He did a wonderful job cleaning and repairing our two gas fireplaces. He looked at each one and explained what needed to be done. I told him go ahead and start. He carefully took care of each one and they look like brand new!! ☺️ I'm so thrilled to have them working and looking so beautiful! Plus he didn't leave a mess! I give Shane five stars plus!
Once again I appreciated the recent (1/31/23 heating system maintenance. Jason was most professional. However, I asked him o set my thermostat to turn on at 7:00 a.m and lower it at 10:00 p.m. I assumed he did and I saw him working on it. However, I was up late and checked it at 11:00 pm and it had NOT lowered it. Not sure what is the problem as it allows me o keep adding and lowering it manually.
Great service from start to finish from the tech that returned my call on a Sunday to Richie who made sure to explain what needed to be done and my options, to the installers Ben and Gavin. Arrived on time, were knowledgeable and friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. all
I called because my furnace was not heating, and the technician, Mike, came out to look at it. Before he arrived, I turned off the main power and waited. I am 87 yea for a few minutes, then turned it back on, and the furnace began working. When Mike arrived, I told him what I had done, and he proceeded to work on the furnace. He remove the flue to get to the "flame sensor", then he cleaned it and reinstalled it and everything was working at that point. When He gave me the bill, I was TOTALLY SHOCKED! $201.00 for 30 minutes of work! I will never call them again, and in all honesty, I could never recommend them to anyone. Mike was very polite, and professional . I am 87 years old, and I asked if they had senior discounts, to which he replied, NO, but we do give military discounts. I was in the military some years ago, and I told him, but he didn't say anything, but hand me the bill pf $201.00! HIGHWAY ROBBERY in my mind!

I had Comfort Solutions replaced my wood burning fireplace with a gas fireplace and they did an exceptional job. From my salesman, Jeff, to my installers, Paul & Gavin, everyone was very helpful & professional. Jeff spent alot of time helping us find just what we wanted. He was great! Paul & Gavin were fantastic. They showed up exactly as scheduled and spent time reviewing the job with me before getting started. I had some special requests and they listened and met all my requests and answered all my questions. They did a beautiful job and were professional, respectful and knowledgable. When finished, they cleaned up and left evrything spotless, even my garage. I would highly recommend this comfort solutions crew.
Called to schedule a service call on a new gas fireplace that stopped working after less than 10 months. Fireplace was purchased and installed brand new from Comfort Solutions. 2 days before my appointment, I was called to reschedule because the tech was sick. Is there only 1 guy who can do this? I have already waited over a week for an appointment. Now they are another 2 weeks out! This is how they treat a customer who spent over $5,000 on their product?? That's pretty lousy service!
Extremely happy with Richie, Talon, and Rory for the service they provided me when purchasing and installing a new furnace. Richie provided options for the type of heating system to choose from and helpful after system was installed and Talon and Rory were on time, worked quickly and were very considerate during the installation process. Everyone was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend Comfort Solutions to anyone in need of their services.
