Franco was great. Showed up the next day with an estimate and returned the day after to install a whole house steam humidifier. Installation was neat, tidy and professional.
Franco was awesome - very responsive and did an awesome job on my basement HVAC work, even re-routed some HVAC that would have gone right through our family room, and did an awesome job. Very happy we found them and used them for our HVAC work!

Franco was the man! He had a job cancel and came right over same day that I called. Diagnosed and treated the problem super fast (leaking coolant) with a great repair, pressure check, and recharge. It's crazy how much HVAC repairs can cost but from internet searches the price seemed right on average.

Very happy with the services from the HVAC guys. They were prompt, very informative and considerate. They made sure to leave mats down in our home while the worked, and cleaned up everything after installation, which hasn’t always been the case for contractors for us. They also helped explain all the issues with our AC unit and came to a solution with us for our problem.
Franco came in and quickly evaluated the job on hand and provided us with a quote. He explained everything that needed to be done to make our basement complete. Overall great people and expert work! His pricing is fair and does a great job!

Very knowledgeable! Able to diagnose and provide recommendations. My furnace was really old and I didn’t want to keep fixing it all the time so I told them to replace it. Installation was very well done and were clean. These guys are awesome!!!
The HVAC Guys did a great job installing our mini splits in our basement. We were looking for options other than using our whole home heating/ac for the basement as we were finishing it as a rental property, and this was the option we chose. The units they installed are high quality, quiet, and they look fantastic. We had them come before drywall to install the wiring and piping, and then after to install the units, and everything went seamlessly both times! They also installed duct work for a dryer vent and bathroom fan, as well as an ozone air purifier to clean our inside air, and we've noticed a big difference from that in our allergies already. Great work, professional, highly recommend!
I called the HVAC Guys on recommendation of a friend, and they had an appointment to come out the next day. The sales guy that came out was knowledgeable and professional and I felt like I was presented with very informative options. Already having had a few other companies come out to give us a quote on a new AC installation I had an idea of pricing so I knew I was getting a great deal. I honestly decided to go with them because they felt genuine and I felt comfortable with our interaction. He made sure our heater is ready to go for the winter after the install and I finally got a smart thermostat which is amazing!! I always forget to change the temperature before bedtime or when I leave for work and now I can check it anywhere!

You CAN’T go wrong with The HVAC guys. Franco is very knowledgeable and his customer service is top-notch. They just finished installing all the air ducts in our unfinished basement and they did an amazing job. I will definitely continue to use them for any heating and air conditioning needs!
Franco came to diagnose and repair an air conditioning issue we were experiencing. He told us what the problem was and replaced the non-functioning part. After the repair, the air conditioner still didn’t work properly so he gave us a few options. He was extremely honest and straightforward with us about what needed to be done. We ended up needing a new air conditioner and also had him add replacement of the furnace, which was 27 years old. I am a home inspector by trade and knew that Franco wasn’t just trying to sell me things I didn’t need. He showed up a few days later at our appointment time with his Father who assists him in the HVAC work (an awesome family business!). They got to work right away. My wife asked me how many days I thought it would take them to finish. I said “they will be done today” and she didn’t believe me. They installed a new furnace (the old one was 80% efficient; the new one was a 96% efficient unit), re-located the return air from an ugly ceiling grill to the hallway wall, ran the high-efficiency PVC exhaust and combustion air outside through the brick exterior, and installed the new air conditioner. They finished in time for us to enjoy the new air conditioning just as we were going to bed. No more 78-degree heat in the house. Their work was clean, correctly done, and high quality. They worked from 9:30 am to 11:30 pm (with only a couple breaks) so that they could get the job done. My wife said it was refreshing to have a contractor who showed up and worked late to get the job done. I now have a reliable and honest “HVAC Guy” ;) who I trust. We will be using them again when we replace our other air conditioner and furnace in the near future and for all yearly maintenance and tuneups from here out. Thank you Franco!
Franco and Mauricio did an unbelievable job installing AC and replacing a 25 year old furnace in a 60 year old house. We are in awe that they completed all the work in one day! The absolute best, hands down. The pricing was the best I found out of multiple companies, saving us literally $1,000’s. I would recommend HVAC Guys to anyone for any job any time!
I would highly recommend the HVAC Guys! Our AC went out and Franco came out that same day to check it out. After figuring out the problem, he left, got the part, and came back in the evening when his work day was already over to fix it for us. When we ran into problems again a few days later, Franco again worked overtime to fit us in and fixed the issues. He did a great job explaining everything to us, was fast, efficient, clean, and had great rates! Thank you HVAC Guys!
