He was so friendly loved that he could fix it that same day.
They installed an air conditioner unit in our home a few years ago. Yesterday, we noticed that it was not blowing out cold air. When I called about getting service, they advised us to look at our furnace filter because if it was dirty, the unit couldn't work properly. That was the problem. My husband had forgotten to change the filter. Their thoughtfulness saved us the expense of a service call.
Unfortunately I have had to come back and update our review. After doing some maintenance found that one of our ducts was completely blocked (stuffed behind a rafter which need to be cut - took me 20 seconds to fix) wondered why that room was never to temperature. Also they didn’t even attempt to seal any joints(massive holes at every joint) really disappointed in the work after having inspected by another company.
Jordan and Kilo were fabulous technicians. So polite and respectful of me and my home. They answered all my questions and did a wonderful installation job. I would recommend them to all my family and friends!!
They are HVAC professionals and did everything that was asked in a kind and courteous way. No surprises which is always nice. The new unit works great and we are happy customers. They were great to clean up after themselves when they finished.
They replaced our old air conditioner and heater and installed an air scrubber! They were very kind, attentive, informative, professional and cleaned up after themselves (which is very rare). I would strongly recommend them for any air or heating need!
I had a great experience with Gillette Heating and Air Conditioning. They installed an AC unit in my home and it works perfectly. The technicians were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We had a kinda funky install situation adding a heat pump to our 110 year old house and replacing a 40 year old furnace. It took a couple of consults, but everyone we worked with was considerate and professional. Braxton and Brandon eventually did the install with really minimal disruption. Couldn’t be happier.

They came in and went straight to work. They were very professional. After they were done they took the time to show me how everything worked, what maintenence I needed to do and how often to do them. It was a very good experience.
Absolutely the worst HVAC experience we could have ever asked for. Be extremely careful with these folks. Honesty and integrity with this company is something they don’t believe in. Starting with the technicians, the managers, and the owner himself. Their technician lied to our tenants, red tagged our system and said he called Questar to report a leak. This was on April 1st, in a late season snowstorm. Our tenants have a baby and elderly parents and were just moving in! It was evening! The technician did not say any of this to us when speaking to us. Obviously he was mad he couldn’t upsell us. We ultimately called Questar ourselves to have them come check because our tenants were afraid and frankly we were too at that point. Questar asked us to have everyone go outside for safety reasons. (Again, during a snowstorm). Questar came and declared the house up to code and detected zero leaks. We requested help from Gillette to handle this horrible technician as this should not happen to anyone else! The manager answering the phone did not help and obviously we assume did not pass on our info or the situation to the owner (or he simply did not care.) Either way, this is bad news. Stay away.
They were quick courteous and on time. They helped me because I really knew nothing about what I needed. Walked me through every step from seeing what they had to doing what was right for me and my home. Even there office staff helped me because I know nothing about computers or how to file for rebates and discounts what a nice experience it has been. Thank you
The guys were super nice and friendly and respectful. They kept me informed and were very accommodating with my little kids around. They did a great job and cleaned everything up afterwards.

This company really has their act together. Brad went out of his way to ensure I'd get a new furnace and air conditioner that was right for my home along with all available rebates and incentives. Brandon and Braxtin did a marvelous job of installing everything. Their work was professional, thoughtful, meticulous and tidy. The new high efficiency system is a vast improvement and my home is much more comfortable now. All communication with this company was outstanding and all appointments were on time. Gillette has a refreshing customer first culture and I'm happy to do business with them.
