I want to thank Jim for taking care of us! My son in law is on home dialysis and our AC has been down for 6 days while we have been being jerked around by another company. It was more than just a comfort issue. It was literally putting my son in laws heath in danger as well as the fact we have medical supplies that could be compromised. I called Jim and explained our situation and he had Jacob here within an hour! We are forever grateful and will always recommend this company ❤️❤️❤️
Jim was personally recommended and we're grateful for it. We were in trouble on a holiday weekend last fall and the temps were cold. My call was returned by Jim within minutes. Nathan was there within a couple hours despite their loaded schedule. The heater was 25 years old and done. Jacob, Nathan and crew were on top of it immediately. They had space heaters going and a replacement heater in place within 48hrs. The price was very competitive and was all inclusive. No requests for add-ons later. The work was professional and top notch and they were very respectful of our home. When spring came this year we decided to update the AC unit as well. We didn't hesitate to call Pleasant Creek again. It was the same great experience. I highly recommend Pleasant Creek!
Crews were not put vent covers of two missing. There is no water heater almost a week tomorrow. We have been left message yesterday and today, still no response us. I took pictures of inside and outside, if don't hear from them within 24 hours from today then will slap them for BBB to file against them. We are seniors.
I called at 10:30 PM on a Saturday night with a leaky air conditioner. He was onsite first thing Sunday morning. Quick, efficient, friendly and inexpensive. I would recommend this company.
Ameritrue installed a new heating and air conditioning system for us. Unfortunately, an old problem with our old system was still causing the new system to periodically shut down the heat and air conditioning. Although, this was not a problem they caused they came back three times to check out the thermostat, circuit boards and other possibilities. They stayed with us until the problem was found and corrected. It turned out to be a defective breaker. They replaced it and the system has worked ever since. Jim said he had never seen that problem in his 30+ years of experience. The went the extra mile for us and we appreciate it very much.
I can't give them a higher review! We had someone come look at our AC for our house as we are going to be moving soon. That technician while inspecting the unit pulled out the wire to the compressor. (Not sure if it was accidental or intentional) but they came back to me and told me the compressor was shot and I would have to replace our entire HVAC system. 1 week before we are set to move!! After giving Ameritrue a call he was able to come to my house within 2 hours of calling and immediately identified the problem and fixed it. Everything was returned to normal and our AC is running perfectly. We are all set to move now and we don't have to fork over 10K to fix the HVAC system.
Outstanding services and very respectful of home. These guys were right on time and they were quick to find the problem. I will totally have them back for season preps and maintenance check ups... found my winner. Thanks for being awesome.
They came and actually DIAGNOSED our problem (as opposed to just offering a complete and ridiculously expensive overhaul of our whole system, which 2 other companies did) and did a quick fix then so we weren't stranded without AC for a month. Then they came and rebuilt a whole duct to be way more functional. They did a great job and even let my 3-year-old "assist" with a flashlight. They left things clean and were very respectful and unobtrusive. We loved their service!

I had an AC unit installed 2 years ago by Ameritrue. Since then we have had several issues. We have called them out for services several times. Jim has been the one I have dealt with every time. Each time I have been home alone. I ask a lot of questions because I know nothing about AC units. Jim has gotten very impatient with me. He has told me several times that there is nothing wrong with the AC unit and it is all my fault for running the ac with it being under 75 degrees outside, and having it set to 69 degrees on the thermostat. This year the ac wasn't working the first time we turned it on for the hot season. I called and asked for a service check. they told me he would be there between 3 and 5. I explained to them I needed to get my daughter from preschool a little before 3 and I would be home by 3:15. I asked if I could get a 30-minute heads up just in case. I had left the house at 2. I received a call from Jim saying he was at my house and asking why I was not home. I told him my son was having a meltdown and so we left early to go get my daughter so I could be back by 3. I told him I would hurry back and be there soon. when I got back 16 minutes later (ring doorbell proof) he was gone. He was there for a total of 12 minutes. (again ring doorbell proof) I waited until 5 to call him back to see if he was coming back to service my ac. he got immediately annoyed and says "you told me you would be right back and I waited and waited and waited and waited. you never came back so I gave up on you and left." I explained I hurried as fast as I could. he snaps back and says well it's obviously not getting serviced tonight. My receptionist will just take care of it tomorrow. and hangs up. I never received another call. so I called my friend who is HVAC certified. his company came out and looked at it for me and there are several issues with my ac unit. the refrigerant is completely out from leaking cause the connection was not installed correctly. the AC itself was not
These guys have saved us twice now. Once when our heat wasn’t working and the other when our AC wasn’t working. They are always so responsive and can get to us within a few hours. When our heat wasn’t working, he found the problem quickly and got us a replacement part that same day. When our AC issue was just a flipped breaker, he didn’t even charge us the normal drop in fee. So amazing, efficient, and honest. These guys have our business for life.

Jacob came and did a tune up on my furnace. Super nice guy showed up between the hours that they told me he was going to be there. Did the tune up and identified that my capacitor was showing extreme signs of ware. He showed me and explained what could happen if it was not replaced. He gave me a fair price and he replaced it for me in the same visit. Thanks Jacob for the great service
We had Ameritrue come to do maintenance on our furnace, they sent Nathan and Will. They were on time, both were friendly and professional. It was important to us to find a company that can be trusted and that’s exactly what we felt we got with this company and the employees that did the service. No upselling or recommending parts we didn’t need. Look forward to our next schedule maintenance call.

Ameritrue Heating and Air replaced my bathroom floor which was damaged by a plumbing leak. Benj and Will arrived on time every day, did a great job, and cleaned up the mess afterward. It was a great experience!!
We had our furnace replaced and a new central air conditioning unit installed. The technicians did an excellent job and were very respectful of our home. They laid down drop clothes to protect the floor and even carried away an old furnace that was sitting on our back porch when we bought the house. After receiving 4 different estimates for getting this job done we felt that Ameritrue Heating and Air would give us the best price for the best quality install and they did not disappoint. We would definitely recommend them.
I have had a relationship with Ameritrue for several years and I have never had a bad experience. I have heart failure and can't do cleaning up after a repair person. The repair team arrives on time, they know what needs to be done in order to repair issue. Also, they CLEAN everything when finished. Each of them always ask if I need anything else done before they leave, that is sweet. I have a therapy cat and they know to watch for her and close the door. I could keep going about how much they mean to me. Last example, my toilet needed to be replaced, Tuesday. Sage ( name of repair gentleman ) was due when I needed to leave for the oral surgeon. He arrived right on time, and didn't have any worries leaving in my apartment. He assured me he would be mindful of Sage. The repairman and cat have the same name. Came back in afternoon and everything was spick and span and sage(cat) was asleep. I would recommend Ameritrue to everyone. I'm not related to anyone at Ameritrue and I am not getting paid for this review. I just adore this company. Thank you
My house has been really cold the last few days and it's been miserable. Sage came by today and figured out why the heck our furnace wasn't working and fixed it. I had only put in a service request this morning! He was really nice, professional, and fixed the issue quickly. Highly recommend Ameritrue, and Sage!
